Third Person's POV
"Where the heck are you Lisa!" Chaeyoung said loudly and rushed inside to check on her best friend, but she was quickly grabbed by two people and went inside further. She's struggling and furious about what's happening
Chaeyoung POV
"What the? Who the hell are you and let go of me!" I said wacking their grip around me but they held me so tightly that I couldn't even make them bugged. I looked at their face and it was Momo and Jungkook.
"You guys! Where are you guys taking me? Lisa is injured!" I said to get their attention but they kept a stoic expression and pushed through the crowds
What the hell is happening
I was then seated at a table with Lisa-
Third Person's POV
Chaeyoung was seated with Lisa's friends and she went to Lisa in a flash to check if her best friend was okay.
"Lisa! Are you okay? Did you get hurt? Where's the wound?" Chaeyoung said while examining Lisa and checking her stomach but it was fine, then it clicked her. She slowly looked at Mina, Momo, Miyeon, and Jungkook they were shuffling in their spots and avoiding eye contact nervousness evident on their faces, and lastly Lisa. Chaeyoung scrunched her face at Lisa with anger and looked at her in the eyes needing an explanation from her of what was happening.
"Chaeyoung I can explain-" Lisa said nervously
"What in the world is happening Lisa? You pulling a sick prank isn't funny!" She said angrily
"I know I know Chaeyoung-ah but look at me I'm fine and alive and you're here so let's have some fun!" Lisa said excitingly and laughed, Lisa's friends also laughed awkwardly
Lisa looked at Chaeyoung forming a fist in her hands and she quickly stood up and said
"Oh come on Chaeyoung-ah, LOOK LOOK I'm sorry but it's the only way for you to come here, please don't punch me my face is very valuable," Lisa said pleadingly
Chaeyoung POV
I was forming a fist playfully for her to get scared because she almost gave me a heart attack knowing she's the only heir to Luxe and if something were to happen with her it would be the end of it all since her family is the top 3 most power family in the country.
I'm glad she's alive and noisy I smiled
I sighed and stood up to look at her "You know if you weren't my best friend I would already leave you for pulling a prank like that, but come here" I said and hugged her, and the awkward and intense atmosphere was gone.
"Be thankful I didn't call Uncle or the police with this" I said and exhaled deeply the air that she's been holding when she heard about the prank.
"Yeah," Lisa said and laughed awkwardly thinking about the possibilities if Chaeyoung would call her dad.
"Okay now that's settled let's have some fun Chaeyoung! And my partners in crime would also want to say hi to you" Lisa said while putting one arm on my shoulders
"Hi guys," I said casually"Phewww, I thought we were about to die tonight knowing the prank Lisa asked us to pull off," said Miyeon exhaling the breath she was holding everyone agreed with her and then looked at Lisa to shoot glares but she laughed it off.
A few moments earlier.....
Lisa POV
"Let's just go party Lisa come on!" Miyeon said
"But-" I said but then got cut off by Momo
"No buts Manoban just let it go if Rosie doesn't want to go and let's have some fun!"
I contemplated and proceeded to agree with them.
"Aish fine," I said and sighed
"But do you guys want to let Chaeyoung remember her past like this? She changed so much because of Jennie and locking herself in her house isn't going to help her. Knowing her she would immediately work the butt of her company because of their crisis and also to loosen her thoughts of that Kim" I said trying my best to convince them to help our friend.
They took a while to process to think but Mina asked something
"Hmmm right but do you know the reason for their break up, Lis?"
I choked on the question because all this year Chaeyoung hadn't told me about the reason for their break up.
"No, Chaeyoung never really talked about the reason why they parted ways. I remembered how she locked herself for a long time and changed herself. It was scary but Chaeyoung needed time and space to process everything and I never really opened the topic also to avoid her relapsing about what happened" I said earning silence from them
"All right we'll do it" They are together for the sake of Chaeyoung's happiness even if it's a brief moment for her
"And besides maybe she'll meet someone here, you know?" I said playfully and all of us burst out laughing
Third Person's POV
Little did they know that someone was actually inside the club unconsciously and how the event was going to take a turn.
