Chapter 5: The Night

Third person's POV

If Chaeyoung knew about the fate that would happen that night she would be angry to the world for eternity. But is she also relieved about what's going to happen?

A cat-eyed woman is clubbing with herself alone and drunk but she still manages to put on a sane conscious to focus on what's happening around her. She's dancing like there's no tomorrow, she wants all of her problems to go away, especially the problem she's cursing while dancing.

Lisa POV

As I and Chaeyoung settled the prank that I pulled off she finally calmed down after I lost my breath explaining and apologizing that I was not going to prank her again since if ever I'm going to do that again she might punch my face for real this time and I can't let that happen.

I let Rosie relax at the table we reserved since she doesn't like clubbing and probably complains to herself about why she's even wasting her time sitting in the first place. Me and my friends went dancing and even saw Mina kissing someone else in the corner. I rolled my eyes thinking that she was going to get herself fall for someone that she just met. Momo was showing her dance moves to a girl that she wanted to impress and meanwhile Jungkook's drinking at the bar. I let my friends be and enjoyed myself.

When I finished dancing I went to Rosie to entertain her because she had an expression that she was going to burst to leave the place but before I even went to her I saw a familiar figure and thought

Could it be her? I must be mistaken, right? 

As I was about to approach the figure to get a better look a man accidentally bumped me and the cup that I was holding flew to the woman and my assumptions were correct.

Jennie POV

Someone threw their drink on me and now I'm soaking wet, people also turned to look at me and gasps were heard. I looked at the person who was responsible and saw that their running so I went after them and ran as fast as I could to catch up with their pace.

Third Person's POV

"Shit, she's here what are the odds that she's also here I need to distract her before Rosie can see her. It might be the end of the world if both of them would meet" Lisa said while running as fast as she could towards the backdoor but as she was about to open the door someone grabbed her wrist and pulled her down on the ground.

"Who are you to throw your drink on me?" Jennie said authority evident in her voice

Lisa looked down to avoid getting seen but Jennie did a powerful kick on her stomach and punched her face making her wince in pain. As Jennie grabbed the collar on Lisa's Polo she froze seeing her past lover's best friend.

"Hey, Jen it's been a while," Lisa said laughing a bit at Jennie

Jennie POV 

Oh no

"Lisa, what in the world are you doing here?" I said angry at how she threw her drink on me and quickly did her best to escape

"Nothing in particular," Lisa said while looking at me with an uninterested face

I took a deep breath before asking her again.

"Look I don't get why you would do something like that if it's related to your best friend you don't know what happened between us and clearly if you're here with another reason I'm going to make you pay," I said firmly while looking at Lisa as I gripped her collar tightly

"About that Jen that was an accident and I'm not apologizing because you also deserve it," Lisa said proudly and smirked at me I scrunched my face with anger and as I was about to throw another punch on her face until someone walked in.

"What the hell?"
