Chapter 6-Tobias

I got back a Faction History test that I took yesterday. It had a B+ on it, good for me, not so good for Marcus. Casey had an English test yesterday. I'm more scared for her than me.

Lunch. The craziest time of the day because the Abnegation sometimes whisper. I know, hectic. I see Casey in the lunch line, she was short, she didn't look like a 6th grader. The Candor lunch lady practically through the sandwich at Casey's face. At least it was wrapped. Then she tossed the milk on her tray and put the applesauce on it so hard that it splashed Casey in the face. The lady snickers.
"Hello Casey." I say when she sits down. I wipe her face with a napkin. "My sandwich was just as crappy as yours."she sighs. I don't blame her, we are selfless not animals. "What did you get on your test?" I ask. She looks away but I pull her back.
"It was a C-."she says. I nod. An Erudite takes her tray. She didn't even get to eat anything.
"What are you doing?" I ask. Casey just sat there staring at her hands like the perfect Abnegation child should.
"I'm hungry."he says smiling. "Don't Stiff's give away all of their food."he says smiling obviously proud of himself for coming up with that.
"To the Factionless. There is a whole line of food up there. Happy Birthday." I say and take the tray. He gives me a mean look and walks away.
"Tobias." Casey warns. I nod and just tell her to eat.

Abnegation children are required to tell their parents everything.
"How did you guys do on your tests?"dad asks walking in. "Cassandra."he says.
"It was a uhhh...C-."she tells him. He closes the door, walks up to her and punches her in the eye.
"Tobias, how about you?"he asks.
"A B+."he grabs my arm. He doesn't like anything under an A. He then drags me upstairs and pours medicine into a cup. Oh God, its penicillin and I'm allergic to it. Casey is allergic to bug bites.
"Bottoms up."he says and smiles as I drink it. "Cassandra upstairs now!"she stumbles upstairs and both of us go in the closet.
