I smiled as we pulled up to Jay's house. "I'm sure Mom would be glad to see you." He told me as we climbed out of the car. He threw his arm over my shoulders. "Come on. I'll show you around." I glanced up at him to catch a sly look cross his face. I looked away as I felt my cheeks heat up again. He chuckled as he led me into his house.
The area when you first walked in was full of sports gear. Several sports bags lined the walls. Jay led me through a room full of glass displays. Each one had a nameplate at the top and were full of trophies, awards, and pictures. They were all sports-related except one. "Canton?" I asked. Jay raised an eyebrow at me then looked towards the displays.
"Yeah, he's the only one of us that's not in a sport." He explained. I nodded.
"Obviously, he likes art." I mumbled. "How many people live here?" I asked.
"Well, there's me and Day." Twins. "Then the triplets, Trent, Tate, and Trinity." Jay's younger siblings. "And now my cousins live here as well. There's Nat, Ross, Bryson, Easton, Canton, and Ash. Memphis goes to a tennis school. And of course my mom and dad. Oh and Thomas." He explained. I nodded.
"That's a lot of people for one house." I mumbled.
"We've got plenty of room. I'll show you." He whispered before leading me out of the room.
I smiled as Jay led me into the basement. "This is the pool room. We also have a small ice rink for Ross." Jay explained. He'd walked me around and showed me almost every room or just pointed out what was behind a door. The backyard was full of different sports fields and courts. They had almost everything someone would need to practice.
"Hey!" Several people yelled at once. I jumped and looked at them with wide eyes. Jay tightened his arm around me as I calmed down.
"What are you two up to?" Day asked.
"Just showing her around." Jay replied.
"Want to swim?" Nat asked. I looked down at my clothes and shook my head. "I have something you can use." She offered. I glanced at Jay who just shrugged.
"Okay." I replied. I looked back at Jay to see him trying to hide a smirk.
"Jay, just show her to my room. My suits are in the top drawer on the side closest to the window. Just take whichever one you want." Nat said. I nodded as Jay turned us around.
Nat's room was right beside Jay's. "You go change. I'll change then meet you right here." He ordered. I nodded as he let go of me. He ran his eyes down my body before walking into his room. I walked into Nat's room and looked around. Her wall was full of volleyball posters. Every wall was just about covered in them. I smiled at a picture of me and her that was sitting on her dresser. I shook my head then dug through the drawer she'd told me. I didn't want to look around too much and keep Jay waiting. I knew he'd be able to change faster than I would. I just grabbed two pieces then quickly changed. I sighed when I couldn't get it tied tight enough. I thought about just leaving it like it was, but it might come untied. I cracked the door open to see Jay waiting for me.
"Um... Jay..." I mumbled. He looked over at me. "Can you help me?" I asked him. He furrowed his eyebrows but nodded. I opened the door wider and pulled him into the room. "I can't get it tight enough. Help me." I pouted. I hated not being able to do something by myself. He just chuckled.
"I was thinking of taking it off not tying it." I heard him mumble causing my cheeks to heat up. He quickly did as I asked though. "Is this too tight?" He asked pulling the strings. I shook my head.
"It's good. That should be tight enough." I replied. I resisted the urge to shiver as his fingers softly brushed my back.
"There. Now let's go." He whispered. I smiled up at him as we left the room trying not to think of his abs.
After swimming for about an hour, Nat announced that she was going to watch a movie. Everybody agreed that they were tired and would join her. After everyone left to take a shower, I gave Jay a look.
"Don't worry. You can use mine." He whispered, giving me a devious look. I felt my cheeks heat up again.
"Good." I whispered back causing him to smirk. He quickly led me up to his room. As soon as his door was shut, he pushed me into the wall and kissed me.
"I've wanted to do that since I saw you this morning." He whispered between kisses.
"Just shut up and take me to the shower." I mumbled. He smirked as he lifted me up.
"Gladly." I shivered as his breath fanned my neck.
"Jay." I whispered. He glanced at me from where he was putting his clothes on. "I left my clothes in Nat's room." I told him. His eyes ran down my towel-covered body.
"I'll go get them." He offered. I nodded as he left the room in just his sweatpants. He returned a few minutes later with my clothes in his hands. "Here you go. Nat sent these in case you didn't want to wear your jeans." He said holding up a pair of shorts.
"Thank you." I whispered as I took them. I quickly changed into my clothes with Nat's shorts instead of pants. "Jay." I called again. He turned to look at me with a raised eyebrow.
"I'm sure I grabbed everything." He mumbled when he realized I didn't have a shirt on, just my bra.
"No, you did." I assured him. He sent me a look. "Can I wear one of yours?" I asked. He chuckled then threw me the shirt he was about to put on.
"You don't have to ask. You can just get one next time." He replied. I smiled as I slipped the shirt on. He slipped a shirt on then led me down to the movie room as he called it.
"Finally. I was starting to think you two weren't coming." Nat said. I looked away as I felt my cheeks heat up again. Why did I have to blush so much?
"What are we watching?" Jay asked.
"A scary movie." A few replied. He looked around the room.
"Don't worry. Trent and Canton aren't here." Nat assured him. He nodded and pulled me down on a couch. It was a bit of a tight fit, but luckily I was between Jay and the arm of the couch. I snuggled into him as someone put the movie in.
"Have you seen this?" He asked in a low whisper. I nodded, causing him to smirk.
"It's not as scary as everybody made it sound. I was kind of disappointed when I watched it." I admitted. He nodded.
"Me too. But Trent and Canton hated it." He whispered. I giggled, causing a few of them to look over at me. I just smiled at them until they looked away. Jay and I were shushed as the movie started.
Jay's hand slowly moved under my chin and tilted my face up so I was looking up at him. He smiled then slowly kissed me. It was soft and sweet. "I should probably be getting you home." He whispered. I made a noise. I didn't want to go home. He gave me a curious look. I just shook my head.
"Okay." I whispered. He looked around the room at all the sleeping teenagers.
"Mom will make them go to bed when she gets home." He said just as the door opened. Jay's mom walked in and looked around. "Movie night." Jay told her. She nodded. Her eyes widened when they landed on me. She looked confused as her mouth dropped open.
"Hey, Mama Pam." I whispered.
"Blaire?" She asked confused. I smiled at her. She sent Jay a look.
"I just found her at school today." He explained.
"We actually just moved here." I told her. She just nodded.
"Well, it's late, so if your mom or nobody minds, you can stay the night." She offered. I nodded then glanced at Jay. She looked between us. "But, you have to sleep in Nat's room." Jay sent her a look. "If you two want to sleep in the same room, it has to be in the room with someone else or on the couch." She gave in. Jay nodded.
"The couch pulls out into a bed." He whispered. I nodded.
"Couch it is then. Jay, go get some blankets. I'll wake the others up." She ordered. He nodded and left the room.
