I practically ran for the machine swirling around the chocolate in what was the cartel's watered down production of what they called a 'smart business plan', my friends nearby drowning in said chocolate at this point. I knew something was amiss when I hadn't heard a word from them in mere moments, knowing it wouldn't have taken this long to find evidence on the cartel. Lofty, an Oompa Loompa who was currently after Willy for a supply of chocolate he owed his friends had warned me we needed to take action. Him for his supply, me for my friends.

"You must deeply care for Wonka to be willing to save his life like this." Lofty and I went down the elevator to the deep abyss the cathedral kept hidden for the cartel's wicked schemes, my heart practically beating out of my chest at the current moment in utter panic.

"Well of course I do! He's my best friend. And Noodle is like my little sister. I can't just let them die!" I rushed out of the elevator and to the machine to drain all of the chocolate as quickly as possible with the help of Lofty, the whirling noise of it finally stopping after what felt like an eternity of waiting. I finally was able to open the door to be greeted with a completely chocolate covered Willy and Noodle, my arms practically flinging around Willy in utter relief.

"I thought I had lost you! Never do that again!" Tears threatened to spring from my eyes, indicating how much he truly meant to me before my hug was extended to Noodle, a massive, chocolatey hug ensuing. Willy was obviously surprised by my actions, but hugged me back just as tight none the less.

"You can't get rid of me that easily!" I softly smiled at him before kissing his cheek, the taste of chocolate entering my mouth afterwords.

"On a side note, their chocolate is nothing compared to yours." His little toothy grin was enough to send me into a little giggling spree, not helping myself around him anymore. It simply couldn't be done.

"I see you had help!" Everyone's eyes extended to Lofty as he so painstakingly turned to Willy with his usual serious demeanor, adjusting his clothing in a regal manner.

"We still have our agreement. I won't leave your side until it is done." Willy couldn't help but shake his head in humor, before his full attention went back to me.

"You have a certain way of saving me, you know? You've helped me in so many ways since I've been here!" His eyes gazing upon me sent a blush to my cheeks in complete shock. It had become second nature what I do for him.

"You're my best friend Will's. I love you with all my heart. And Noodle? You're like the sister I've never had. I can't lose you two. Ever." Today really scared me in to believing I had, thanks to Mr. Slugworth and his cronies. But just to see their smiling faces, really made me feel relived. With Willy so nonchalantly wrapping his arm around my waist, we ventured to the elevator and finally out of the cathedral once we made it to the doors, seeing the crowd gathered in the square. Mr. Slugworth, Mr. Prodnose, and Mr. Ficklegruber couldn't believe their eyes from the moment they saw Willy and Noodle. They knew they were done for.

"Everyone! May I extend the spotlight on the stupid chocolate cartel, consisting of Mr. Slugworth, Mr. Prodnose, and Mr. Ficklegruber. You see, they tried to kill my friends so the truth wouldn't be exposed about all their dirty dealings! But the day has finally come where they won't have any more power here. They have done so many horrible, disgusting things. And so has the chef!" I exclaimed to the entire crowd, now building more and more with each passing minute that I spoke. I wasn't going to let these idiots get away with it any longer. The shocked faces of the people and the rest of the bobbies finally got ahold of the book that held all the proof, just as the cartel started to run after they were exposed.

"Oh they won't get far. I know they ate the Hoverchocs! Delayed action of course. Who knows if they'll ever come down!" Willy exclaimed as the men in question started to float above the ground, the old, frozen fountain something they held onto for dear life. Hoverchocs are such a genius idea!

"This simply doesn't matter! I will get the best there is to get me out of this." But knowing there was no help for Mr. Slugworth, I merely laughed in complete humor from the situation. Willy was finally learning that they would be no more, it had clicked in his brain. They would finally be done.

"That's a shame

"That's a shame. I hadn't thought of that." With Willy's mock, sad words, we immediately signaled the rest of our friends to start what we had come up with a while back. A chocolate fountain! Springing up through the frozen fountain, was beautiful, delicious chocolate that everyone clapped for in pure joy, watching as Mr. Slugworth and his cronies flew off into the distance from the pure rush of chocolate gushing them away. I wrapped my arms around Willy's neck once more in glee, his arms wrapping around my waist and lifting me off the ground in a complete twirl.

"Look at that Willy! We did it!" But his eyes never left mine, his smile brighter than the sun, our faces mere inches apart. With my heart thumping in my chest, we simply kissed. Something I'd wanted to do for such a long time. I knew this was a beautiful start to a brighter future.
