"12 hours, that was seriously a 12-hour flight, and you thought it would be a good idea to have me handcuffed the entire time!?" I snap, jumping down the stairs and stretching my legs. Then, glancing around, I frowned wide awake. "What time is it?"

Gojo waltzed down the steps, messing with his phone and smiling. "We got the late flight, so it's about 10 pm."

"Huh? But I'm not tired. Gojo, I'm not tired. My sleep schedule is going to be fucked now." I complain. "I suppose it doesn't matter; you're taking me to my death, right?"

Rubbing the back of his head, Gojo tapped his foot, not paying attention. "All in good time."

"You're really just toying with me right now, aren't you," I whisper, biting at my handcuffs.

"I took you to the Lion King and the London Eye. We explored the British Museum and visited the Tower of London. I hardly call that toy," he replied, receiving a call. "Hold that thought. Megumi, long time no speak! Did you miss me? That's no way to speak to your sensei. The school, oh yeah, I did tell you to investigate that; I'll meet you there; I'm just going to pop by the stalls before they close, Chao."

Gojo turned to me, smiling. "Now then, let's grab something to eat, and you can tell me all about this cursed spirit to whom you're attached."

"It's like I'm not even here." I sigh, tapping my foot. "Oh, that reminds me, I've been practising Japanese on the way here. It turns out much easier than I first thought. Let me give it a go."

Clearing my throat, I greeted Gojo as best I could. "Hello! I am a Jellyfish; it's nice to smell you. Do you like to do handstands while under the influence?"

Gojo stared at me blankly, processing what I said. I looked nervous. "Umm, did I say it right?"

"Well, what is the English translation for that?"

"O-oh, right. Hello, I am from England; it's nice to meet you. Is my Japanese good?"

Gojo gave me a thumbs up, nodding away. "You got it spot on; nicely done, Y/N. I'm impressed."

"Score!" I say, fisting the air all smug. "Who needs to go to school when a simple 12-hour plane ride is enough?"

"Yes... Well done. The transportation should be here any moment. No time to lose."

"Aren't we going through security?"

"Well, since you don't have a passport, no. Besides, the less you're in public, the better, until..."

"Until you lot execute me. By the way, I'm still not the biggest fan of that end goal. Thanks for asking." I whisper, arms crossed, nodding. "Neither is DK."

"You two talk a lot?"

"It's mostly done through my mind, but I sometimes ta—Ahh, I see what this is; you're interrogating me, aren't you?"

"Just curious. You're not the first person bonded with a cursed spirit. Say, what does DK stand for? Demon King? Dangerous Kangaroo? I got it. Designer Kid?"

"Donkey Kong," I say bluntly, glancing at DK. It's her favourite game."

Gojo laughed as he nodded, getting the picture. "Donkey Kong! So that's the kind of relationship you two have; that was my next choice. Keep that to yourself; if Nintendo finds out you named a cursed spirit after their game, they might sue. Anywho, let's grab some food on the way back. I can't execute you on an empty stomach."

"Like I have much of choice..."

The chef gave me a strange look as he served me two bowls of ramen. I continued to smile, feeling uncomfortable. "Gojo... We're drawing attention. I think you can, you know..."
