CI•Corpse

Dan read through some articles on CI•Corpse as well as CI•Corpse' website.
None of them proved to be of any use.

"CI•Corpse is a local business in Irvine California.
We work on many different things all working towards the same goal, making a brighter future for you and your future.

We also work on cleaning up food.
Someone has to do something about the constant consumption of chemicals that every human shoves into their body everyday.

That's why we work on making cheap affordable as well as, all natural food.

We focus on volunteering all around Irvine.
Cleaning up streets, feeding the homeless, promoting many charities, at CI•Corpse that's what we're all about."

Dan was puzzled as to what was going on. Nothing seemed off about CI•Corpse.
After a little more searching, Dan found nothing and gave up to go to work.

After arriving to his office building Dan noticed some security at the entrance.
Though he was slightly weirded out he walked up to his office.

Before starting work Dan approached his boss Sandra.
"Oh, hi Dan!" She greeted him with a smile.
"Hey Sandra! You wouldn't happen to know what's going on with the security outside would you?" Dan asked.

"Oh, I think they're just with some company doing maintenance on the building later today." She informed.
"Wait, which company?" Dan asked.
"Um, I don't know, something with maintenance? Their work vans are outside, I'm sure the company name is on them. I don't know why you care so much" Sandra responded.

"Oh, uh, nothing, just wondering, you know, in case I need maintenance in the future, it's good to keep tabs on things." Dan responded slightly flustered.
"Hm, alright, well I'll see you later." Sandra said as she started to walk away.
"Oh wait, I forgot to tell you. Due to the maintenance issue, we'll only be having a half day today." Sandra said before continuing to leave.
"Oh sweet, alright, I'll see you." Dan said before Sandra left.

Dan then ran up to a window to see the work vans outside the building.
"Dan's Maintenance", the van read.
Dan chuckled a bit and was relieved to see it wasn't CI•Corpse.

After work Dan was driving home.
Arriving to his neighborhood he noticed a few Dan's Maintenance vans parked along side the street.
Though it was slightly strange Dan brushed it off and continued his day.

"All of the cameras are set up." A man said to a woman shortly after entering her office.
"Good, CI•Corpse needs more eyes on things." She responded.
It was the same woman that spoke at Jeff and Margaret's funeral.

"And how are our CEOs doing?" She then asked the man.
"They are fine, properly being taken care of." The man responded.
"Good, you are dismissed." She then said as the man left the room.

Dan had a quick dinner before he got on his computer and played some video games.
Dan and Jeremy somewhat frequently played together online.
"What's up Jeremy?" Dan spoke into his mic.
"Nothing much, I'm ready to get some good rounds tonight, I'm on like a ten losing streak." Jeremy responded.
"Alright, well we don't sleep till your streak's a positive number." Dan said.

"Uhh, don't you have work tomorrow? We could be awake for a while." Jeremy asked.
"Oh right, you didn't go into work today.
The building is getting some maintenance done on it so work's off tomorrow." Dan informed.
"Oh, sweet! Let's catch a win then!" Jeremy said fired up.

It was now 3:04 A.M and Dan and Jeremy finished playing.
Dan walked over to his bed and fell fast asleep.
