Delia's POV
"Delia, that picture is not of Logan! Why would you show me that and make everyone believe that? Jasmine and Logan broke up!" Lindy shrieked. She was obviously upset.
"I thought it was him!" I lied. I knew it wasn't Logan, but it looked like him. I only did this for one reason: I like Logan. No one knows this, and no one will ever know this. If I broke up Jasmine and Logan, then I knew that I could possibly have a chance with Logan. I know, it seems shocking, but it's true.
"You need to tell that to Jasmine." Lindy suggested.
"We aren't speaking to each other. You guys are talking to her, so you should tell her. I don't want to cause more conflict." This whole scenario completely worked to my advantage. Unless someone discovered that I was lying, it worked out perfectly.
"Well, I'll try to talk to Jasmine about it. By the way, I'm really sorry about keeping the secret about Garrett and I dating from you. We're all really sorry, and we just want to make things right with you." Lindy apologized, "We miss you Deels. Just so you know, we are having our annual Christmas Eve party and New Year's Eve party and I want to make sure you can definitely make it. It just wouldn't be the same."
"I think I'm free those days. And thanks Lindy. To be honest, I've missed you guys too." I hugged Lindy before she left to go to English class.

Jasmine's POV
I dashed out the doors of the school. I couldn't wait for Christmas break. The only thing that worried me was that I was going to be staying the night at Lindy's house tonight, and I didn't want to see Logan. Sometimes I get the urge to just walk up to him and hug him or talk to him, because I want to so bad, but I can't. Lindy has tried to beg me all day to believe that it wasn't Logan. I'm almost positive it isn't Logan now, but things just aren't the same. I want to get back together, but at the same time, I don't.

I rang the doorbell to Lindy's house. When I opened it, my heart started racing. It was Logan, and he looked cuter than ever.
"Hey Jaz. Lindy's upstairs." He looked happy to see me.
"Thanks. And you know, even though things aren't the way they used to be, I think that we should be friends, just like before." I tried to make the best out of it. Even if we weren't dating, I think it's still cool that we can be friends.
"I think that sounds good." He grinned. We hugged really quick and then I went in the door. It felt awesome to know that we were friends again, and it left hope in me that we could possibly get back together someday. As I walked into Lindy's room, she had the song "Begin Again" by Taylor Swift playing on her speaker and that made my day. Because maybe Logan and I could begin again.
