My alarm rang at 8am and I ignored it for the first 5 minutes. Was it Monday already?
The rest of my weekend had been filled with my usual activities: Draw, go on walks throughout the city, visit Truste for a quick wine night, and visit the markets.
But it was an eventful weekend. Mainly because of the Kent trip. Thankfully it had turned out more beautiful and fun than I expected it to be.
I got done getting dressed and sat at my desk, scrolling through Instagram when I saw an email pop up with the headline:
Class Changes
Was class cancelled?
I tapped on the message and opened the email.
Dear Maya,
We are facing some scheduling and class size changes and will be needing to change your mathematics class. You will be moved from your Monday and Wednesday at 10am class to Monday and Wednesday at 11am. This change will begin today.
We apologize for the disruption and hope you can understand.
Great. I'd be in a new class with new people in the subject I am the worst at.
