As Rajveer walked back into the house, he wondered what could have led to such injuries and why the cadets kept it a secret from him. He needed to get to the bottom of this, but at the same time, he was grateful for Shalini's timely revelation.  Rajveer knew where he could get his answers, and went to the kitchen, peeking his head inside. Not finding Naina there, he inquired about her whereabouts.

Garima informed him that Naina's parents had called, so she had gone up to the guest room to talk to them. Rajveer nodded in understanding and left.

He took two steps at a time, walking down the hall to reach the guest room. Planning to knock, he raised his hand but noticed that the door was unlocked. Curious, he lightly pushed the door, revealing something he wasn't prepared for. Naina had her back towards him, engrossed in something with complete concentration. The backless blouse she wore allowed a clear view of the large bandage on her back. Since her hair was moved over her right shoulder, he could see some red spots on the bandage, indicating she might be bleeding underneath and needed a dressing change.

In any other circumstance, Rajveer might have been captivated by her feminine beauty, but at this moment, all he felt was a mix of anger and sadness. He was upset with Naina for getting hurt, but more so, he was distressed that she hadn't informed him about her injury. The audible gasp of pain from Naina intensified his concern. Rajveer stood at the doorway, torn between entering immediately or giving her privacy to finish whatever she was doing.

Naina was attempting to reach her bandage, intending to check if it needed changing. However, she caught sight of Rajveer in the dressing table's mirror. The expression on his face revealed displeasure, and when she realized his gaze was fixed on her bandage, she swiftly flipped her hair to cover her back.

Through the mirror, she noticed the look in Rajveer's eyes, demanding an explanation. Before she could say anything, he turned and left. Naina didn't have to wait long before he returned with a well-equipped first aid kit. After closing the door behind him, he entered the room.

"Sit," he ordered, his tone firm as he efficiently extracted the necessary items from the first-aid kit.

"Rajveer sir..."

"I SAID SIT, CADET NAINA SINGH!" His voice grew stern, accompanied by a piercing glare.

Feeling a nervous tension in the air, Naina walked up to him and perched on the bed, positioning her back toward him.

Rajveer gently moved her hair to the right shoulder to reveal her injured back. A shiver ran through Naina as she felt his touch. Rajveer approached the string of her blouse but halted, struck by the intimate nature of the moment.

"Is it okay if I undo this?" he asked, maintaining a carefully neutral tone.

Naina nodded quickly. "Yeah. No problem," she muttered. "This is not how I imagined this happening," she added the last part in a much lower tone.
