Chapter 21

Slowly squirming around, Y/N began to awaken to a familiar voice calling her name.

"Y/N! Y/N"

She glanced towards the source of the voice with a sleepy face and blurry eyes, recognising Yuji.

"Y/N! Y/N hurry and wake up! Gojo Sensei gave us thirty minutes to get ready and meet him outside the door! I am trying to wake you up from the last fifteen minutes!" Yuji explained urgently.

"Mmnn..huh..? fifteen....minutes..?" she mumbled in a drowsy voice.

"Yes! Now you only have 15 more! You have to do everything in that time!" Yuji hurriedly clarified.

After a few seconds of silence, Y/N processed what he had just said. In an instant, she moved and sat upright on the bed.

"FIFTEEN MINUTES!?" she exclaimed with a surprised expression.

"Yes, Y/N hurry up!!" Yuji enthusiastically replied.

She nodded and tossed the blanket off her body, with her wobbly steps she hurried into the bathroom. Yuji chuckled and left the bedroom, heading to the kitchen.

She quickly brushed her teeth and took a brief, warm shower to fully wake up. She got out and she hastily put on her uniform and her daily moisturiser. She then proceeded to walk into the kitchen where she saw Yuji holding a plate waiting for her on the dining table.

"Y/N, 5 more minutes!" he exclaimed, placing the plate on the table.

She nodded and settled into the chair. She then started to eat the oats pancakes served before her. She ate fast yet carefully, she then picked up the glass of orange juice and began to drink.

"Done, Y/N?" Yuji inquired, looking at her.

"Yes, let's go Yuji!" she took the last sip and replied.

They made their way to the door and opened it. Their eyes landing on their Sensei who was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed and his head slightly leaned forward.

"I'm surprised that you made it on time." he remarked and walked towards them.

"Yeah cause we're not like you!" Y/N teased Gojo.

Gojo grinned, his hands finding their way into his pockets. He began walking, with Y/N and Yuji following him.

After 10 minutes of walking and casual conversation each other, Gojo spoke

"So as I said yesterday, you both will soon start to go to missions and since I cannot always accompany you two, I've contacted a trustworthy junior."

"Oh, I just hope he/she not annoying as you are" Y/N exclaimed.

Yuji chuckled and Gojo pouted, "Hey I'm not annoying!"

"You are." she teased again and tried to hold in her laugh.

"Well, you can call me handsome and charismatic instead of annoying~" Gojo said proudly.

"Yeah no." she rolled her eyes.

After a few minutes of walking they enter a place which was covered with lights. Continuing down the path, until Gojo's hands moved out of his pockets and opened the door.

Inside stood a man, initially facing away. A tall man with blonde hair styled neatly. He wore a tan blazer with matching bottoms and light shoes.

Abruptly the man turned around. In an instant, Gojo reached out, placing his right arm around the man's shoulders, while his other hand gestured towards the blonde man, who stood with arms crossed.
