Rain World

Inspired by: The Rain Itself 😁

I.
Imagine a non-stop downpour of rain,
That cleanse the world's plains,
Black clouds covers the sky entirely,
Black clouds that merge in one body.

II.
The sky blackens like the night,
A blanket that covers the sunlight,
Suddenly, the lightning flashes surprisingly,
Then thunders cries so violently.

III.
Heavy winds filled the evening,
Like a storm is coming,
Coldness brought a chill to the spine,
Only the heavy rain can be find.

IV.
Stormy seas slams the shore,
Like hitting more than a door,
Coldness is present everywhere,
Sadness is found everywhere.

V.
Alone in this so called Rain World,
The absence of joy is shown and unfold,
Trap in this watery grave,
Nothing you can do only to behave.

VI.
Isolation on a deep despair,
Or perhaps a comfort only to bare,
A rain like bars of prison,
You may feel lock-up for a reason.

V.
Only the lonely would know,
The feeling of sadness that would never go,
A world of unending sorrows,
That pierces your heart with an arrow.

VI.
Stricken by the thunderbolt of grief,
Only the lonely cannot feel a relief,
The rain a reminder of an aching sorrow,
A feeling of no tomorrow.

VII.
I wish that someday,
All heartaches will fade away,
Like looking through the window,
On tomorrow to see a rainbow. 🌈
