Chapter 6 ~ Timeless

    I and my mom talked when I came home that night. We talked about what happened that night. When I talk about boys to my mom she acts like Abigail. She starts giggling and smiling. She makes me believe things like how he might like me. She made me think that I even had a chance with him. She made me delusional about me and him. I of course talked to Abigail about what happened too. She said the same things as my mom.

    The pictures that we took got a bunch of likes. His had way more likes than mine but I still had a lot. I now have 2.5 million followers on Instagram and 3 million followers on TikTok. There was a bunch of talk about me and Leo in the past week. People videotaped us when we went to Chick-fil-A. There were videos of us waiting in line, ordering, and taking pictures with the girls. There were pictures of us in the car and videos of us singing to Wildest Dreams. People were also talking about whether we were dating or not. There was a lot of people who didn't like me but I was trying to ignore it. My mom said it was because they were jealous of me so that's what I was trying to think.

    People from my school kept on trying to talk to me. It was kind of weird because half of them I never talked to. Kate was even talking to me and she didn't like me that much. The weirdest person though who was talking to me about Leo was Landon. Like everyone else, he thinks we're dating but I keep on telling him we're not but he doesn't believe me. I could feel like he was somewhat jealous of Leo. Abigail said that one of our friends heard him say that he still wasn't over me but who knows if that's true.

I and Leo hung out one other time this week. He invited me to go out for lunch with him. I said yes and we went to an Italian place. We talked on FaceTime almost every day or we texted each other. Today was Friday and I looked at my clock to see that it was 11:23 am. I had just woken up and even though I went to bed a 9:30 last night. I was still tired. I grabbed my phone and went to my bathroom. I looked at my phone to see all the notifications on my screen. This is how my phone has looked for the past couple of days. I brushed my hair and my teeth. I looked in the mirror. I was wearing my pink Victoria Secret pjs and saw that I still had mascara on from yesterday which I 'forgot' to take off last night. I was really tired and I was too lazy to take that off and the same for my jewelry. I usually don't take off my earrings or necklace ever. I only take them off if I'm taking a shower or swimming. But I was so lazy that I didn't even take off my rings or my bracelets which made me have an imprint on my hands and arms. My hair looked awful and you could tell I hadn't washed it in a while so I tried to put my hair up so you wouldn't see.

I heard some meows and saw that Olivia was in my room. I picked her up and started to walk downstairs. I heard my mom's voice and then I heard a man's voice. I immediately recognized the voice, it was Leo. I walked straight into the room to see him and my mom talking. I dropped Olivia and she ran to the kitchen.

"Hello, sleepy head." My mom said, "You slept in. I thought you were getting ready but it looks like you just got up."

I forgot what I looked like but I didn't care, "Yeah I was tired."

"You still look like you are," Leo said while he was looking at me

I yawned, "Is it that obvious."

"Yep." He said while laughing, "And your outfit looks great." He joked

"Stop laughing," I said while trying not to smile

He stopped after a while and I saw what he and my mom were talking about. My mom showed Leo the drawings of his outfit for the premiere. They all looked pretty much the same but a little bit different. I sat down by Leo and grabbed one of the papers.
