Chapter 11 ~ You Are In Love

"Don't tell him," Javier said

"I won't." I smiled

"Emma where you from?" Braxton asked

I stopped smiling "I was born in Indiana but I moved here from Ohio." I said

"I've never been to any." He smiled

"You're not missing much." I laughed

Everyone else laughed too

"Why'd yeah move her?" He asked

"My mom's job."

"What does your mom do?" Genevieve asked

"She's a fashion designer."

"Shut up! That's so cool!" Margo said, "Does she make you things?"

"Yeah, she's made me all my dresses for Homecoming and Prom." I smiled

"Wait! Let me see!" She said

I looked at my phone and started to look through my pictures. I found a picture of my sophomore homecoming dress. It had bright coral beaded onto the dress. Everyone came up by me to see. I zoomed in the picture so you could see my dress

"THATS SO PRETTY!" Anastasia said

"She made that?" Vanessa said

"I know isn't it so pretty? Let me find my other dress." I said as I zoomed out of the picture

"Who's that? She's hot as fuck." Cameron said as he pointed out Abigail, "She's the finest redhead I've ever seen. Does she have a boyfriend?"

"Dude she lives in Ohio I don't think that will work out." Braxton laughed

"Her name is Abigail. I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a boyfriend right now." I said

"Who's that." Owen pointed out to Kate, "She's fine."

"No, she's not," I said

"Holy shit! You must not like her." He laughed

"No one really likes her," I said while looking through my pictures

"Why's that?" Margo said

I sat and thought. There were a lot of reasons why I didn't like her but I don't think they needed to hear me talk about how I disliked her so much, "I just don't really like her that much."

"There has to be a reason. I feel like you can't just not like someone." Genevieve said

"She was just rude to me," I said

"Well, I still think she's hot," Owen said

"Oh ok," I said

I showed them the other dress that my mom made me. The girls seemed very sweet and the guys seemed kind of nice. I wasn't anxious anymore which made me happy. I was still sitting by Leo and Owen. Genevieve and Vanessa came over by us to talk.

"Are you all from LA?" I asked

"Pretty much. Cameron is from San Diego and Anastasia is from Santa Clara," Vanessa said

"What is it like in Ohio?" Genevieve asked

"Boring," I laughed

"What is there even to do there?" Javier asked

"I lived by this amusement park. I lived like 40 minutes away from it so me and my friends would go there a lot. My friend Gia her dad has a boat so we would go out to the lake a lot but we would never really go in." I said
