I'm not sure if I ever described Rosaline's looks. What do you imagine her to look like? Also, I made a character ai bot of Alexandro and pinterest board of this book, so ask me if I need to share one of them with you.

(Lucas' POV)

I feel a little nervous, as I approach the bar a few minutes after 8 PM. I hold tightly onto the gun in my hand, hiding it behind my jacket. This is the first time I am walking on the streets with a gun and I'm scared the police is going to question me. On the other hand, I look like a badass. I can feel the power it gives me just by holding it. I'm ready for whatever Giovanni has in store for us.

I see Alexandro waiting for me at the entrance. "You are twenty minutes late." He says while looking at the watch I bought for him. "Fashionably late, darling." I respond with a wink. I don't want to be the first one to bring up the reason we are here, so I wait for him to start the conversation. "Giovanni is in the alley next to us. In a moment we are going to corner him, pointing our gun at his head. Only use it when it's necessary, try to avoid murder." He speaks so casually of killing someone that it makes me wonder if that's something normal for his family. The more he talks, the more I realize how well thought out this plan is.

He doesn't mention yesterday and I don't know if I should be disappointed or relieved. It's like that kiss never happened. Lexi tells me he will lead the conversation. That's probably for the best, because I have no idea how this conversation will go. I have to trust him that he knows what he's doing. We walk towards the alley, which seems to be deserted at this point in the evening. I look around cautiously for any signs of Giovanni. I feel a jolt of adrenaline run through my body as I follow Alexandro, excited for what is about to happen. I see a small guy, sitting on the ground. It's Giovanni, smoking a cigarette. He doesn't seem to have noticed us approaching him yet.

"Giovanni, we have a few questions for you. If you answer them nothing will happen to you, but if you don't..." Alexandro points his gun at him and I quickly do the same. Giovanni looks up, startled, as he sees the weapons. I see the hint of fear in his eyes. Lexi continues to talk, lifting his chin like he usually does to intimidate someone. "We would like to know who your boss is. What could you tell me about him?" I am surprised by how Lexi can just switch of his emotions like that. There is no mercy behind his words and it's a little scary.

He's like a totally different person when he's in crime mode. I find myself wondering if this side of him is the real Alexandro or if it's the charming version I see daily. Even though Giovanni is sweating, he refuses to give us any information about his boss. He is clearly not willing to cooperate with us without something more drastic to push him towards providing information. Alexandro continues to press him, his voice becoming harsher. Giovanni shakes his head. "He'll murder my whole family if I tell you his identity." He explains. Alexandro doesn't seem pleased with this answer. He begins to lose his temper, shooting him in his foot. Giovanni cries out in pain.

I'm shocked at the brutality of the act. "Woah, relax! Maybe you could tell us some other valuable information? We won't tell anyone that you told us." I'm praying he'll tell us something, because Alexandro looks really pissed off. I don't want him to pull the trigger again. "I- I could give you the locations of where we keep our stolen diamonds!" Alexandro is about to talk back, but I cut him off. "That's good enough for now." A wave of relief washes over me when Giovanni lists three locations. Two big barns full of diamonds and one smaller cabin. I note the locations down on my phone.

I have a moment of satisfaction as my plan has gone perfectly, the idea of stealing those diamonds from them satisfying my hunger for revenge. We finally allow Giovanni to leave. He sprints away as fast as he can. "Lucas. We were lucky today, but if you want to succeed as a gangster you still have much to learn. First of all, have you ever used a gun? You didn't load it and even my five year old cousin has better aim than you."

I feel a tinge of annoyance at his comment, but I know he is right. I've never used a gun before, and I didn't expect to need to shoot a person. I feel my frustration growing, but I don't say anything to him. I just listen silently as he continues to criticize me. "Secondly, fear is your greatest weapon. You need to control the situation. If they aren't scared of you, they get the confidence to attack you. You were way too soft on him." "Jesus, I get it. I need more training, but I'm not rich enough to hire some tutor like you do." I sigh. I also don't have anyone around me who's in a gang. How does he expect me to know everything?

Alexandro seems to soften when he hears my voice, slowly returning to the version of him I know. "I could teach you. It's useful if we go to those Diamond Raider locations, because they probably have some guards." I nod my head in agreement. He tells me we should go to a forest, so we could practice in peace. We don't want anyone to hear the gunshots. We head to a big forest away from the centre of the city. It's pretty deserted, you can only hear the sounds of a few birds.

I can see Alexandro reaching to his hip, removing a gun from holster and handing it to me. I look at him with that excitement in my eyes, ready to learn whatever he's willing to teach me. "Let's start with the basic principles of handling a gun." He explains the basics, like where to hold the gun, how to hold the trigger, how to keep the gun pointed in a safe direction and how to control your breathing when you shoot. After he has walked me through all the information, he tells me to shoot at a tree.

I feel my adrenaline begin to kick in as I prepare to fire, hoping that I will be able to hit the target. Alexandro waits behind me, watching my position. I'm trying to remember everything he told me while I lift the gun. Lexi begins to adjust my position, making sure that I'm holding the gun correctly. "Hold it more like this." His hands guide mine, showing me the proper grip. He's so close behind me, his breath hitting the back of my neck. It's hard not to be distracted by his closeness. I try to keep my focus on what he's telling me to do, but it's clear we both feel the chemistry.

We pause for a moment, in our new position. "Pull the trigger." His voice is soft and breathy, sending shivers down my spine. Without another hesitation, I pull the trigger. The sound of the gun is echoing through the forest. I feel the kickback of the shot, and the recoil sends a jolt through my body. I look back at Alexandro, expecting some sort of response, but he only looks at me with a hint of amusement on his face. He seems pleased that I was able to fire the gun with such ease.

The two of us stare at each other for a moment, the tension rising between us. Lexi's stare begins to wander to my lips. He's so close, so near to me, and I can't help but imagine his lips pressing against mine once again. "What are we? Are we just going to ignore what happened yesterday?" I ask, looking into his eyes. He stares back, conflicted. He swallows hard, trying to form the right words. "It was wrong from me to kiss you back. In fact, we should stop seeing each other after our robbery. The more I spend time with you, the harder it will be to say goodbye. You know what my father is going to do to you if we get caught."

"God dammit Lexi! For once, you shouldn't think about what your dad wants. What do you want? I can take care of myself, you don't have to worry about me." I can see the war going on inside his mind. The urge to be with me, verses the need to abide by his father's rules. He speaks again, this time his words filled with a sense of finality. "I want you." He sighs deeply. "But I can't promise you anything yet. You have to be patient with me, okay?"

I stare at him with surprise, taking in his words with awe. He wants me? I didn't expect him to confess his feelings so soon. I'm flooded with a surge of happiness and I can barely contain my excitement. I nod my head eagerly, a big smile spreading across my face. "I could wait for years in the friend zone, as long as I get to keep seeing your sexy face." "Years?" Alexandro looks taken aback by my statement, but then smiles at my comments about his appearance. "I suppose you're not wrong there. My handsome face is hard to resist."

We begin to work out a plan on how to take the Diamond Raiders down. When they find out Giovanni was shot, they are probably scared. They are going to be extra cautious for a few months. We decide that we will rob only two of the three given locations, since we can't hide all those diamonds by ourself. Most of their profit comes from those diamonds, so taking them will weaken the gang. We map out all of the details of the plan, trying to predict any obstacles that might come up. We plan to strike at the earliest hours of the morning, when they won't be expecting anyone. I feel confident that we will be successful in this mission, even though it's risky.
