<Chapter 16|What? You're Helping Me?>

"Alright, I'll help you!" Tubbo exclaimed, standing up straight, confidently.

"Help me with what?" Ranboo questioned, perplexed.

"I'll help Y/n fall in love with you; no matter what it takes," Tubbo replied, to which Ranboo gasped, shocked.

"You think Tubbo and Ranboo are okay?" Y/n asked, stabbing their fork into a slice of boiled carrot. They looked over at their brother who was struggling to cut open his baked potato.

Techno shrugged, focusing on this potato that was practically glued together. Y/n and turned back to their plate of varied fried and boiled vegetables. They stabbed another carrot slice with their fork, and continued eating.

The two siblings proceeded to sit in unbreakable silence, waiting for their two friends to join them for dinner. Y/n watched TV whilst Techno read a book, careful not to get crumbs on the pages. Y/n looked up at the closed door. They wondered what Ranboo and Tubbo were up to in there, but quickly let go of their curiosity.

<Meanwhile>

"Really?!" Ranboo exclaimed, his cat tail swishing around, happily. Tubbo nodded, the stern and determined look not leaving his face. A big, joyful smile grew on Ranboo's face as they squealed, jumping up and down, happily. Tubbo sighed as his expression softened, and smiled, comforted by Ranboo's pure joy.

Suddenly, Ranboo ran over and hugged Tubbo, gratefully. Tubbo's eyes widened, surprised, before hugging back. Ranboo gently squeezed Tubbo and whispered:

"Thank you.."

Tubbo's smile grew as he pat Ranboo's back. He giggled, listening to his friend's happy squeals. Then, Ranboo finally let go, his smile still big and bold on his face.

"No problem," Tubbo replied, "Now, I'm starving!" He exclaimed, rubbing his stomach, to which Ranboo giggled, softly.

"Me, too. Let's go have dinner," They added, opening the bedroom door for their friend. The two walked out, and quickly and hungrily walked down stairs. Techno noticed and looked up the two friends as they entered the kitchen.

"Well, look who decided to join us," He scolded, jokingly. Tubbo rolled his eyes as Ranboo stuck his tongue out, playfully. Techno chuckled and turned back to his.

"Ew.." Tubbo said under his breath, earning a not-so-soft punch to the shoulder. Ranboo glared down at their goat friend, disappointed. Tubbo his eyes once more, forcing him to put more than enough vegetables on his plate.

Once satisfied with how much food they had to eat, the two friends walked over, and joined Techno and Y/n on the couch; Tubbo obviously let Ranboo sit next to Y/n. Unbeknownst to the two friends, Techno saw them share a quick glance. Just based on that one second of eye contact, he knew something was up. Though he didn't see it, Techno glared at Ranboo, untrusting. Despite this suspicion, he decided to forgot about whatever the heck Ranboo's and Tubbo's plan was.

Y/n looked over at Ranboo as they sat down, and smiled. Ranboo smiled back, blush quickly forming on his face. Y/n noticed and held Ranboo's cheek with their palm, causing their enderman friend to softly jump and gasp. Y/n laughed and caressed Ranboo's cheek with their thumb. Ranboo melted into the touch and closed his eyes. Tubbo watched from the corner of his eye and smiled, warmly.
