Grimmel is looking into a jar with purple liquid as the Deathgripper's stinger is dripping its venom into the jar. He smiles and then pours the venom into a smaller beaker looking glass he swishes the liquid around and then slides it into a dart. Meanwhile outside of the place the area is foggy and Stormfly can be seen flying through the fog with the other dragon riders following behind her. Hiccup jumps off the back of Stormfly and falls a little bit before opening his wings, he flaps them and then uses them to glide steadily to the ground. Once he lands he winds up his wings and looks back at the others before running towards Grimmel's building. Back inside the building Grimmel is staring at something on his table when both Deathgripper's who are near him detect something and get up as they extend their teeth. Grimmel without looking up snaps his fingers and they leave him to search the place. Valka, Snotlout, Fishlegs, Eret, and the twins pop up from behind a rock and look warily as all their eyes follow the Deathgripper that passed them.

Eret: Okay. Split up so we'll be harder to catch.

Snotlout: (quietly but sarcastically) No, we should stay here so we can all be impaled and then eaten.

They all split up before Snotlout finishes his sentence and then he starts heading his way. Valka ends up near Hiccup as Hiccup gives a hand signal to the others. A Deathgripper comes near to Astrid and she threw a rock to divert its attention from her. Eret and Snotlout nimbly make it over a piece of plank wood. As one Deathgripper starts to near the twins, Tuffnut stands up and starts waving his hands to get its attention while Ruffnut pulls him back undercover before the dragon looks over in there direction. Hiccup starts making his way up the spiral steps without being noticed. Then when he reaches the top he ignites his sword and walks into the room where Grimmel was moments before. Grimmel then pulls a chain and a cage traps Hiccup and the rest of the riders inside the building.

Fishlegs: (Fishmeat starts to cry out when they become trapped but stops once his dragon trainer says) Quiet!

Grimmel: (standing outside of their cage/where they are chained in) Where is your dragon when you need him, hmm? Chief? (Hiccup remains silent) Well even if you didn't bring him with you, you have made a serious miscalculation. (Hiccup again remains silent and stares at him) Come on boy. First rule of the hunt, Separate the prey from its pack. You just removed yourselves from the equation.

Hiccup: Why are you doing this?

Grimmel: Really? I did not think you cared. Well unlike you when I was a boy and I came upon a nightfury, I killed it where it slept. (Hiccup appalled and shocked face) That simple act of courage made me a hero in my village. So I decided to kill every last one. Bringing real peace to the people of this world. Until you came along preaching that dragons are something other than thieves and murderers. Pshsh. That nonsense dies now. Starting with you.

Hiccup: But you have dragons of your own.

Grimmel: (laughs) These?! (Deathgripper walks up to him and he grabs its fang) They are dragon killers. Starved to the brink of almost insanity, so that their senses sharpen and they are able to pick up the scent of nightfuries. I use their venom to enhance their abilities, but you will find it has a different effect on nightfuries and other dragons.Although the venom enhances certain senses it dulls out others and prevents them from being mind controlled by the alpha. Anyway these dragons serve me and only me. Allow me to demonstrate. (whistles)

Hiccup: Take cover! (Hiccup runs to his left)

Acid sprays from behind where Hiccup was and the chains melt. The Deathgrippers continue to spray the area with their acid to try and hit any dragon riders they can. Astrid is gettin chased down by one of them and she starts to climb up one of the metal mesh walls. Another starts chasing Hiccup up the spiraling stairs and disintegrating the stairs as he goes up. He ends up hanging on the chain for a quick second before swinging and grabbing a hold of a part of the building.

Grimmel: You know you made it quite easy to for them to target you. After all you decided to wear the scales of the food they are so desperate to find.

Hiccup pulls himself up just in time to avoid a acid blast and continues running. Valka is also running from two other Deathgrippers and she uses her staff to propel herself to a higher level. She jumps and uses her staff to swing on a beam and lands at the top of the building or as far as she can go with the cage enclosing them. She manages to stick her staff through a hole in the chains and starts to wave her staff around. Astrid is still climbing up and Valka offers her a hand to help her up.

Valka: Up here! (Astrid looks up and continues to climb but slightly faster now)

Just then a Deathgripper lungs out of the smoke and tries to hit Astrid with its tail but she dodges it by letting go of one hand and hanging on with the other. It goes for that arm but then Astrid switches hands again and is holding on to a rock with the other hand. The dragon's tail has now become stuck in the rocks and Astrid drops down to use its tail to swing on and kick it in the face before swinging back around planting her feet on its tail and jumping off it onto the wall to continue climbing up. Cloudjumper finally arrives with the other dragons and they start to grab the chains and pull on them to get them off the top so that the riders can escape. Valka makes it to the top and starts using her staff to pull people up and onto the top so they can get out and fly  off on their dragons. Hiccup is the last one and yet he has a decently big gap between him and the exit.

Valka: Hiccup!

Hiccup looks beneath him at the fire and smoke below and backs up on the wooden plank that he is standing on, then he runs and jumps off it as a Deathgripper goes to snatch him with his teeth. Valka grabs him and hangs on to his with one hand as she is using her second hand to hang on to Cloudjumper as she is standing on his (Cloudjumper's) tail.

Valka:(when she catches him) Gotcha. GO CLOUDJUMPER!

Cloudjumper moves his tail into himself and they slide out of the place and the Deathgrippers push and screech as they try to follow Hiccup. The building then starts to collapse as a stone pillars crashes inwards and the Deathgrippers fall down into the building. Grimmel runs out of the building and stares at the leaving dragons and their riders with an irritated look on his face. Ruffnut suddenly appears out from behind him.

Ruffnut: They seriously left without me. (turns to Grimmel) Well I guess I'm stuck with you, or maybe your stuck with me.

Grimmel looks down at her without saying a word.

///That is the end of the clip remember only go to time stamp 6:36///

The group lands back at their temporary base of operations and is greeted by Toothless and Dusk.

Hiccup: You two were supposed to be hiding. Ugh! (Toothless lowers his head but then goes to comfort Hiccup) I can't believe I lead us into a death trap.

Snotlout: Yeah. I don't know about you, but did you not remember the part when I said that your mother got injured because of the extremely aggressive dragons?!

Tuffnut: Yeah, and people say that we are crazy, right Ruff?

Hiccup: (looking up after not hearing a response) Tuff... Where's your other half?

Tuffnut: I swore she was right there with me.

Astrid: How did you not realize she wasn't there, you ride a two-headed dragon?

Tuffnut: Well it honestly would explain why we were flying a little to the left.

Hiccup: Oh my Thor! So now we have to go back and get Ruffnut cause she could be in trouble.

Tuffnut: Don't bother, she's been in worse situations.

Valka: I hate to agree with him but in a way he is right. Going after her now wouldn't do any good because he is probably somewhere else by now.
