There were nightfuries when I was a boy where they went, people can only speculate, some think they were all killed off, but we know better. We Berkians are resilient and brave and with the new discovery of the Hidden World we are even more so. The beasts that we cherish and care about are apart of us and they will never go away. Although my friend is far away from me and we have now filled in our different roles. I know for a fact that I will one day see that magnificent beast and I will reunite with my dragon.

While this monologue is being said it is shown that Hiccup now has a beard and is directing people, like they are building something new and it is clear that they are on another island that isn't Berk. The shot cuts to Toothless as he and the titan wing nightfury have a short battle where Toothless dominates him, but as he goes to leave the pack Toothless shows him that he is allowed to stay which he does in the last shot Hiccup is looking proudly around after directing a couple people and has Nuffink and Zephyr bump into him, he picks up Nuffink and looks into the horizon as a pregnant Astrid rests her head on Hiccup's shoulders. While Toothless is in the Hidden World and is shown roaring and expanding his wings. As he looks back he sees Violet with Dusk, Zip, and Jitters poking their heads up from underneath her wing. Both end with them in their homes (Hiccup on that new island in construction and Toothless on the top of the shiny rock staring up at the ceiling as if they are both excitedly awaiting when they can see each other again.

It starts out with Hiccup holding Zephyr (as a baby) very carefully and tightly as if he is worried that he will drop the baby. While Astrid is stroking the babies head and then Hiccup gives the baby to Astrid who gently places the baby into the cradle. Toothless is trying to teach Zip and Jitters to fly and Dusk is next to them. Jitters starts to only flap one of her wings and ends up slapping Dusk who is less than amused while Toothless holds back a laugh and Violet gently nudges them from behind to encourage them. Hiccup now has baby Nuffink in his arms as Astrid brings over a bottle and Zephyr shakily walks over to Astrid and picks up Zephyr and places her in a chair. Zip jumps into the water, and disappears, Toothless sees this and frantically searches the water for her while she pops up and seems happy. Toothless looks annoyed. Hiccup is making big gestures with his hands as a still baby Nuffink and two year old Zephyr watch in amusement. Toothless is playing with the three young nightfuries by waving his tail and attracting the babies to chase it until he accidentally hits Violet in the face with his tail. He then looks embarrassed and she just gives him a face like really. Hiccup is now pointing to pictures of different dragons in the book of dragons with Nuffink who is now the current age and Zephyr is also her current age. Toothless and Dusk are tugging on Hiccup's leg and Toothless wins. Now we see Toothless drop Hiccup's leg and look to the side in which we see Hiccup gets to the page with Toothless and he turns his head to face Toothless's side.
