Tied up and unable to move, Wen Ai could only rotate his wrists, using his fingers to scratch Xu Changzhou's back. "Why are you like this? I don't want to eat your... down there!"

Xu Changzhou, in the midst of washing a pot, suddenly paused. "What did you say?"

Wen Ai hesitated for a moment, his cheeks rapidly turning red. "I-I mean, I don't want to eat the noodles you make down there..."

His voice got smaller as he spoke, and Xu Changzhou, shaking his shoulders to suppress a laugh, inadvertently caused Wen Ai to sway slightly. Blushing, Wen Ai pinched Xu Changzhou. "No laughing allowed!"

Xu Changzhou continued washing the pot. "Okay, no laughing."

After a while, Xu Changzhou placed the clean pot under the tap to collect water. During the wait, he suddenly said, "I'm reluctant."

Wen Ai asked, puzzled, "Reluctant for what?"

Xu Changzhou cleared his throat. "To let you do that kind of thing for me."

Wen Ai, still confused, questioned, "What kind of thing?"

Xu Changzhou coughed. "To eat that kind of thing down there."

Wen Ai's face showed a blank expression. "What thing?"

Xu Changzhou chuckled dryly, "To eat... down there."

Wen Ai blushed again. "You're willing or not depends on whether I'm willing or not! Otherwise, I'll just bite it off in one go, believe it or not!"

Xu Changzhou felt a chill down there and refocused on cooking the noodles, smoothly navigating through this part of the conversation.

While waiting for the water to boil, Xu Changzhou set up a skillet on another stove, added some lard, and cracked four eggs into it. The kitchen instantly filled with a delightful aroma.

With his chin resting on Xu Changzhou's shoulder, Wen Ai's eyes gleamed as he stared at the frying eggs. "You can actually cook."

Xu Changzhou used a spatula to flip the sunny-side-up eggs one by one. "I learned it specifically in recent years."

"You're already a big boss, why bother learning this?" Wen Ai, like a puppy, twitched his nose non-stop. "Smells so good..."

Xu Changzhou scooped the eggs into two bowls, his voice carrying a playful tone. "Specially learned to feed my little dog at home."

Wen Ai turned his head and looked down at the floor. "You have a dog? What breed? Haven't seen any dog fur."

Xu Changzhou glanced at him. "I have a little silly dog, lying obediently on my back."

Wen Ai was genuinely dumbfounded for a few seconds. When he realized, he bit Xu Changzhou's shoulder with his teeth.

"Are you kidding me?"

After lifting the noodles, Xu Changzhou brought the two bowls to the dining table. He put Wen Ai down and handed him chopsticks. "Eat quickly."

Wen Ai, who was originally out looking for dinner before being abducted, was now quite hungry after all the commotion. He picked up a sunny-side-up egg, took a big bite, swallowed it quickly, and then stuffed a mouthful of noodles into his mouth, making slurping sounds.

Xu Changzhou didn't seem hungry at all; his chopsticks barely moved. He just watched Wen Ai slurp the noodles. Wen Ai was busy with his own meal and didn't have time to pay attention to Xu Changzhou. If he likes watching, let him watch. What's there to see?

After finishing dinner, it was already ten o'clock in the evening. Xu Changzhou was washing dishes in the kitchen, while Wen Ai wandered around the apartment. He had no intention of running away; there were bodyguards at the door, and outside the window was a high-rise of more than twenty floors. Unless the system suddenly had a massive energy burst to give him wings, he could only stay here.
