Wen Ai considered that he had completed the mission of this world quite well, with his 360-degree creative bullying of Yue Xiao every day without fail. However, there was just one thing—

"System," Wen Ai said, "I'm afraid I've become accustomed to this behavior, and I won't be able to change back in the future."

System: "As a system, I can tell you very clearly that you have indeed never been able to change back."

Wen Ai: "Which 'before'? The first world or the second?"

System: "Both."

Wen Ai held his head and pondered, "Since I acted like that before, why did the mission still fail?"

The system remained silent.

Wen Ai shrugged, "...Why so mysterious? Your system is too impersonal. Erasing memories when there's failure means I can't accumulate any experience or lessons learned. It's very likely that I'll make the same mistake again and again!"

The system secretly applauded his accurate analysis.

"Boring." It was the summer vacation of his second year of junior high, and the blazing sun outside made Wen Ai stay indoors, lounging in the air-conditioned room. "Is that Snake game of yours fun? Bring it out, let me see."

The system sounded proud, "Let me show you."

Wen Ai's brain quickly processed the images. Oh, there's not just one worm, uh, snake on this map.

"These are all players," the system confidently maneuvered to collide with a small snake using its superb "collision" technique, excitedly saying, "See the top? [System Good Times] is killing [Guest123] like crazy!"

Wen Ai: "...You've got a knack for usernames."

Wen Ai wasn't interested in these colorful twisting snakes at all. After watching for a while, he asked the system to remove the screen.

"You look down on snakes?" The system suddenly got angry, "I'm going to mute you for a day! Don't come talk to me, go play with the protagonist yourself!"

"No, I—" Wen Ai tried to respond, but hey, he couldn't contact it at all!

Father An saw that Wen Ai was bored all day, so he had someone buy a Little Overlord game console and brought it back. Wen Ai was thrilled. He connected the game console to the TV in the living room and could play all day without moving. If he wanted to eat an ice lolly or pickled chicken feet, he just had to open his mouth and call for Yue Xiao. Anyway,  Father An and Mother An  were both out working, so no one would know if he bothered Yue Xiao.

Wen Ai inserted the Super Mario game into the Little Overlord and just sat down when he started yelling, "Yue Xiao—! I want to eat watermelon!"

Yue Xiao was taking a nap, but when he heard Wen Ai's voice, he came down from upstairs and went to the kitchen to open a watermelon. He scooped out the sweetest part and brought it over to Wen Ai, saying, "Here."

Wen Ai stared at the TV screen, gripping the game controller in his hands. "I don't have hands! Can't you see?"

Yue Xiao sat down beside him, picking up a piece of watermelon with a toothpick and feeding it to him like he was feeding a child, "Ah—"

Wen Ai also opened his mouth, "Ah—"

The watermelon was bought in the morning, fresh and sweet. Wen Ai could extract the sweet juice with just his tongue.

"Why isn't it cold?" Wen Ai swallowed the fruit, "Didn't we put it in the fridge at noon?"

"This is from the one outside. I just cut it," Yue Xiao said, picking off the seeds from the watermelon with a toothpick and offering it to Wen Ai's mouth. "Is it sweet?"
