Chapter #21 Mar 2nd 2023 Sam's POV "Mmh good morning my beautiful cinnamon roll." Scarlett says, waking me up softly. "Good morning Penguin." I smile at the blonde looking down at me. "Do you want me with you today for your recording? I know this song is emotional." She says. "Yeah that would be nice actually." I say leaning up to kiss her which she returns. "But first I must meme." I joke as I grab my phone. "Hehe, this one is good." I giggle. "Should I warn my mom not to look?" Scarlett asks. "Nah it's not dirty.." I tell her as I write the caption.

"Wyatt is six, how would he be Wanda?" I ask. "Because he might be six but he helps me in the kitchen a lot and is a better cook than you sorry baby but it's true." Scarlett says. "I'm that bad in the kitchen?" I ask. "What you lack in cooking skills you make up for in sex." She says before bolting to the bathroom well limping as she runs to throw up. I jump up and follow after her to make sure she's ok. "Hey I've got you." I tell her as I hold her hair back and rub her back. "I blame you." She groans. "You say that every pregnancy." I chuckle. "Well you are the one who got me pregnant." She states. "True, we make very cute babies." I smile. "That we do." She says laying back onto my chest. "I need help." She says. "What do you need?" I ask. "I can't stand it took all I had to run in here after last night's activities." She says. "Are you saying you want me to carry you?" I ask. "Yes please." She says and I nod and stand picking her up as I do. "First you need to brush your teeth." I tell her. After we get ready for the day I carry Scarlett to the studio as she clings to me like a koala. "Well hey Mom didn't know you would be joining us." Sarah says. "I'm moral support." She says. "Yeah she's going to need it. I took a peak at some of the lyrics." Sarah says. "I'm going to set you down here." I tell Scarlett setting her down on the couch in the studio so if I needed I can reach for her hand. "Hey Sam I'm proud of you I know this is a sensitive topic but I am proud of you for being able to face it." She says. "Thank you Scarlett. Now let's do this before I lose my nerve." I say.

"Oh my god. Is that song about what I think it is?" Sarah asks, tears streaming down her face. "Yes it is. I was in tenth grade and he was stronger." I say with my own tears falling down my face. "Hey it's not your fault Sam it's his." Scarlett says cupping my face. "I still see his face on the anniversary every year." I cry as I place my face into the crook of her neck and let it all out.
