Aurora's only wishes is to make her father proud and finish school, but will she have the same wishes after she meets someone she's supposed to be working with.
Once the movie is over we get our trash and start walking out of the screening room. Mattheo lets my hand go and walks behind before looking at Ryan. "Walk with Aurora for a minute". He shakes his head and catches up to me. I look back and see that Mattheo and Nala stopped walking to talk. I look at Ryan confused. "You know what they're talking about?". "I know as much as you do". "So you're excited to see what we're doing next?" "Well I have an idea." He looks at me interested. "What's your idea?". "Well i was thinking something that has to do with swimming". He looks at me a little shocked. "Where did you get that idea?". I chuckle a little. "It doesn't take a genius.
I showed Mattheo a picture of people in the water and then today Nala took me to get a bathing suit". "We'll see then". I smile and see that we're at the front doors to leave. "So you think you and Mattheo would consider playing on the soccer team?" He looks at me confused. "I mean it sounds like fun but Mattheo isn't really into school sports". "Well you should help me convince him". I smile "I'll try. May I ask why you want us to?". "Well me and Nala was thinking about joining the volleyball team and we thought it would be nice if you guys was in sports to". "Okay". "So what's going on with you? Did you tell Mattheo yet?". "He kinda figured it out on his own". I chuckle awkwardly. "Do you know what he thinks we are?". He looks at me confused". "Well it's just that he hasn't really made anything official. I know we only met like two weeks ago but I feel like we really have something". "He likes you. Like a lot Aurora. You don't have to worry. He's probably just waiting for the perfect time".
I smile and feel hands on my waist. I smile and turn around. Mattheo kisses my forehead and puts his head on mine. "You're gonna go with Nala so that you can get dressed". I look at him and smile. "Okay'. I stand on my toes and peck his lips. "Which car do you want?" I look at Nala and she looks at Mattheo. "Yours please". I smile as big as I can , causing him to chuckle. "Alright" He reaches into his pocket and pulls out his keys before handing them to me. "Please be careful". Nala grabs my hand and pulls me out the door. "Im so excited! My brother never lets me take that car!". "You want to drive?". Her eyes widen and she starts jumping up and down. "Yes, Yes one thousand times yes!" I laugh and hand her the keys. We walk to Mattheos' car and go in the trunk. We grab our bags out and get in the car. I turn up the radio and start listening to what's on.
Once we get there Nala pulls into a house driveway that looks to familiar. I look at the house when I realize where we're at. The beach house. I haven't been here in what feels like forever. I look at Nala and see that she's shocked. The house isn't bigger then my house but it is prettier. It has palm trees in the front yard that's covered in grass. Its white with a porch and a balcony above it

Nala parks and gets out without looking away from the house. I see Mattheo and Ryan pull up and get out of the car. Ryan looks just as shocked as Nala. Mattheo looks up at the house and then back down at me. He leans down and whispers in my ear. "Happy Birthday Aurora". I turn and throw myself into his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist. I grab his face and kiss him. "Thank you so, so much".
