"I want to do it low for now." Evan said to Felix, serious but saddened.
After the kiss, they started to talk about it right there.
"That's fine by me, why though?" Felix asked.
"I don't know how i'd tell people, even though i'm bi, and out, people still expect me to date girls all the time."
"Right, heteronormativity." Felix mumbled.
"Have you done your research?" Evan asked, curious.
"What do you mean?" Felix asked, confused.
"I didn't think you'd know LGBT terms and that." Evan chuckled.
"Oh, yes i did a bit of research, when I realized I was gay." Felix confessed.
"It's good we're on the same page now."
"Sure is."
They sat on a bench, hugging each other.
"I shouldn't have gone mad with you." Felix apologized.
"I mean, if my crush was kissing someone else i'd probably be mad too." Evan confessed.
"We're good again, right?" Felix asked.
"Of course." Evan reassured, then he pat Felix's head, which startled him.
Then he chuckled about the action, and went back to kissing Evan.
"Hey Evan, the coach said-" Someone entered the room, while Felix and Evan were making out.
You could practically hear the guy's jaw drop, the sudden appearance made Felix and Evan jump from their seats and while Evan stood up straight, Felix tripped and fell on his knees, then he grabbed his walking stick that fell to the floor.
"I-i didn't know you brought someone! I saw you come here and then the coach told me to talk with you!" The person, unknown to Felix started to excuse himself for no reason.
"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-" Felix blurted out, as he got help from Evan to stand up.
"Ben, god damnit... You almost gave me a heart attack!" Evan spoke through goosebumps, as he was breathless.
"I'm truly sorry for interrupting the moment!" Ben apologized.
"It's fine..." Felix said.
Things calmed down quickly, and Ben got closer to the bench they were sitting on.
"So the coach said that you need to give her your measurements for the uniform." Ben said, what he initially intended to say.
"Fine, i can do that." Evan said.
"Also, if you guys are together, that's totally fine by me, but i'm not sure of Carter and the rest of the team's opinion on this subject." Ben confessed.
"Right, that's what i feared." Evan sighed.
"But we'll be alright, We can go on the low as you said." Felix reassured.
"You're Felix, the blind guy, right?" Ben asked, not bothering to check if it could bother him.
Felix nodded, but the wording could've been better.
"I don't think anyone would suspect a thing." Ben noted, thoughtfully.
"That's a relief." Evan said.
"We gotta tell Charlie though, it would avoid a lot of things." Felix mentioned.
"Obviously, it would be weird not to tell her." Evan agreed.
"Now i think i'm out of the question, so i'll see you later you guys." Ben realized, as he waved at Evan while he walked away.
"That went fine, right?" Evan asked Felix, and he sighed.
"Could've gone way worse." Felix reassured.
"Do you want to... Continue to make out?" Evan offered, sounding as innocent as ever.
"We have classes." Felix reminded.
"Shit, right, i gotta talk with our coach too." Evan remembered.
Felix smiled, he sighed and then Evan hugged him again.
"This is going to be fine, don't worry." Evan reassured, putting his chin on Felix's back.
Felix hummed in agreement.
They departed, and went to their individual subjects to attend, Felix wondered how things would move on from here.
He just hoped, it was along with Evan Ford.
Such lovely sights, that gave him a reason to smile.
