Perrie rushed into the bathroom slamming the door behind her, barely making it to the toilet before she was sick. She crouched down on the bathroom floor still feeling sick, not wanting to go far, she didn't want to believe that this was happening.

Now, of all times? The thought raced through her mind like wildfire. How on earth was she going to explain this to anyone?

She knew what she had to do. It was like her life was moving in slow motion as she opened the bathroom door walking out into her flat. She dialed the number reaching his voice on the other end, he could tell that something was wrong, the concern in his voice echoed through the phone.

She hung up a moment later and grabbed her car keys, she wasn't sure if it was alright for her to drive but she didn't have any choice in the matter, the steering wheel moved by memory on the familiar streets.

She forced herself to take each step, knowing that it had to be done, even if she was going to lose him. Her mind made up already, pushing the door open she walked into the boy's flat, her eyes glazing over the room.

Maybe that's why she didn't notice the clean room or the candles around the shelves, or the lack of bodies in the room. Perrie walked into the kitchen to find Zayn standing over the stove making dinner, he looked up and smiled as she came in, her heart ached even more that she was going to have to say goodbye to him forever when she saw his smile.

Zayn pulled her close to him, he kissed her lips, leaving no room between their bodies. Perrie held on to the kiss for a moment, Zayn lingering slightly allowing her to kiss him back, she wanted to remember his lips and how they felt soft against hers.

They kissed until the timer on the stove beeped to signal that the food was finished, Zayn's lips left hers, she already missed them, missed their warmth and how perfect they fit against hers.

They sat down to dinner, the room transformed with candles and roses at a table set for two, an awkwardness in the air. Zayn moved his hand across the table and took Perrie's in his own, she could feel his rough skin against hers. Looking deep into his eyes she knew that she would have to do it now before she lost the nerve.

"Perrie?" Zayn whispered his eyes locked on hers. "I was going to wait till later like after dinner but I can't wait."

Perrie watched him as he stood, his hand still holding tight to hers, as he dropped to one knee.

"Perrie Louise Edwards, I love you so much, you are my everything. Will you become Mrs. Perrie Malik and make me the luckiest man on the planet?" Zayn asked with a slight quiver to his voice.

Perrie wanted to cry, she couldn't do this to him, and yet she had to. She knew she was about to break both of their hearts.

"Zayn, you don't want to marry me." She whispered as the tears rush from her eyes, Zayn looked concerned.

"Oh baby, baby I do! Come on Perrie, tell me what’s wrong?"

"I can't marry you, you don't want to marry me!" Perrie cried, Zayn pulled her in to a hug trying to figure out what was wrong.

"Zayn, stop, just let me go!" Perrie cried standing up creating distance between them.

She moved towards the door, wiping the tears from her cheeks, Zayn moved after her. Perrie reached the door twisting the knob until Zayn stopped her. He held her hands in his as she shook with sorrow, he could feel the tears welling up in his eyes as he watched her, he didn't know what to do he just knew he couldn't let her go.

"Per, I can't do that, I can't let you go. You mean everything to me, tell me what's wrong?" He said pleading with her. She continued to cry Zayn pulled her into his chest holding her tight.

"I-I-I'm p-p-pregnant-t." her voice stuttered in the quiet. Zayn felt his heart drop as the words registered in his mind. He was shocked and Perrie continued to cry into his chest.

"Baby, hey beautiful, hey, hey there." Zayn cooed in Perrie's ear trying to calm her down, "I love you, and I am going to love our baby just as much. I'm not going anywhere if you'll have me."

Perrie looked into his eyes unsure of what she just heard. Zayn smiled that perfect smile of his, making Perrie smile back to him.

"Really?" She asked.

"What do you say beautiful?" Zayn went down on his knee again, "At the risk of sounding repetitive, will you marry me?"

"Yes!" Perrie whispered happily.

Zayn slipped the bright diamond ring on her finger. He rose lifting her up and spinning her around in a circle. They kissed, Perrie never thought she would feel his lips again, she smiled as they kissed she could feel him smile too. Laughter broke out between the two of them, giggling like giddy kids.

"What's so funny?" Zayn asked.

"Hormones, I'm sorry I'm just an emotional wreck right now." Perrie said as she fell into his arms, both still laughing between their kisses.

Harry opened the door to the flat Louis had finally convinced him to tell the lads, to tell them the truth, it would hurt them but they needed to know.

Making his way through to the kitchen Harry could hear laughter and happiness from behind the door, he stopped just to listen to the lads and Perrie laugh and talk, he wished he didn't have to be the reason that would end in a moment. Gathering his thoughts Harry put on a fake smile as he pushed open the door. Zayn jumped up, excited for some reason that he was home.

"Harry! Good! We've been waiting for you!" Zayn said very fast and rather happily. He steered Harry towards the group.

Harry fell into place beside Louis and Niall, Zayn walked back to his spot beside Perrie. Harry noticed that her eyes were red and puffy, the signs that she too had been crying recently. Louis wrapped his arm around Harry's shoulder pulling him in for a side hug Harry leaned in to his best friend, somehow that world seemed better from under Louis's arm, like all his problems would just disappear if he stayed there forever.

"Guys, Perrie and I are engaged!" Zayn said to the lot of them. The room erupted with happiness as each of the lads congratulated them pulling them into hugs from every direction.

"I'm so happy for you guys!" Liam said as he pulled Zayn into a massive hug. Perrie looked nervous for she knew what was next.

"Thanks mate! But there is one other thing too." Zayn said as the room fell silent again.

"We're going to have a baby!" The room erupted once again in celebration.

Harry was happy for them he wanted them to be happy together and with their new family. He couldn't bring himself to tell the lot of them his news.

Louis tighted his grip on Harry squeezing him tightly. Harry looked into Louis eyes and as if he was reading a note from him he knew exactly what Louis was telling him, no words required.

Harry smiled at him letting him know that he was okay. They hadn't told the rest of the lads that they were together now either. Harry wished they had because it took all his strenght not to kiss Louis right here and now.

Louis seemed to know what Harry was thinking as his hands descreetly dropped his hands to his sides grazing the backs of their hands together, the closest they had come to holding hands in front of the boys.

Making a mental note not to ruin Zayn and Perrie's big night Harry locked his secret away for a better time.
