"And stop acting like we'll never see her again" Mai frowned, refusing to look at Inori
"Yeah, we can still hang out" Inori reassured them, Utahime having to pry them off of the girl after another ten minutes
"Itadori! Itadori!" Nobara whispered, pulling yuji by his ear behind a building
"Ow what was that for?" Yuji frowned
"Look at fushiguro and Kūsho"
"Why'd you start wearing your hair in a braid?" Megumi questioned, holding up Inoris long plate
"Do you not think it's nice? I really like it" She hummed
"No it's nice, but I've never really seen you with your hair like that before"
"Yeah I guess that's true" Inori muttered "but I decided to because the braid reminded me of some lady I used to know"

"You knew actual people before?" Megumi blinked, Inori letting out a sigh, not a grumpy one but an amused one

"Well it was this lady named emon, but I would call her mum and she was really kind. I assume she was a jujutsu sorcerer since she knew my father and her cursed energy output is one that I'll never forget" Inori stated
"She wore her hair in one long braid, but hers would come to the front like this" She stated, moving her hands around her neck to demonstrate it

"Mhm" Inori nodded "I was waiting for her when I met you" She said with a small smile pointing at megumis chest
"Also itadori and kugisaki are watching us"'She said in a casual tone, megumi turning around fast enough to see light brown hair disappear behind a corner
"Would you two stop??" He frowned, the duo sulkily making their way out of their hiding spot
"We were just curious, what's wrong with that?" Yuji frowned
"Exactly! Humans are inquisitive beings" Nobara nodded
"That's true, what are you curious about?" Inori asked letting out a yawn and sitting down on a nearby bench
