The group of nine walked into the hospital. "No, that is not mean. That is honest. She won't find out. See, you're the only one who gon' tell-" The woman behind the front counter said into the phone. Nancy tried her best to walk past her without getting noticed but with how many of them there were, it was impossible. "Woah, woah, woah! Excuse me!" She called, standing up from her seat. "Where do you think you going?"

"Oh, uhm. . ." Nancy put on a fake smile, turning to the woman. "I was just going to visit my grandma again. And- And this-" She looked at the other eight wearily. "This is my family. . ?"

". . .Extended." Lucas Sinclair smiled.

"I don't care who they are, you know the rules; two visitors at a time."

"Yeah, but-"

"Two!" The woman held two fingers out, leaving no room for discussion.

Rylie sighed, smiling at the woman. "We understand, thank you ma'am. We'll just wait in the lobby for our turn."

"Girl, this child has lost her mind." She spoke into the phone again, sitting back down. "She brought a whole zoo in here."

Justin turned to Nancy, her words harsh and sharp. "I'm not babysitting." She declared, her expression set.

"They're twelve, it's more like. . .hanging out-"

"Great, then you do it." Justin huffed, pushing past her and walking down the hall toward the elevator.

After a moment she heard Jonathan call out "Wait up!" She didn't slow down, rolling her eyes as she hit the button for the elevator, Jonathan stopping just beside her. "I- I said wait up-" He panted out.

She nodded. "I heard you."

"You. . .okay?" He asked, raising a brow.

"It's been a long ass day." Justin grumbled in response, walking through the open elevator doors as soon as they opened up. Jonathan pushed through beside her, glancing her over before pressing the floor button.

Justin stared blankly at the doors in front of them, her arms crossed over her chest. She didn't say a word, and neither did Jonathan. The elevator music was obnoxiously playing through their ears until they got to the right floor, the machine dinging as it stopped. Justin sighed, closing her eyes tightly before walking out of the elevator and letting out a shaky breath. She hated those things. She was always scared that they'd break and fall.

Justin looked down the hall, shaking her head as she started down it. Why were hospitals at night so freaky? The pair made it down the vacant hallway, noticing a stack of files dropped outside of one of the rooms. There was nobody there, no nurses, doctors, patients. . .nobody. It was unsettling. The only sound in the hall was the two's footsteps echoing. Justin stopped in front of Mrs. Driscoll's door, pushing it open with a sigh. The flower vase was knocked over, spilling water everywhere, and Mrs. Driscoll was nowhere to be seen. "What the-" Justin breathed, stepping into the room and looking around.

"Where is she?" Jonathan asked.

"Bathroom. . .maybe?" Justin huffed. "I- I don't know."

"Are we sure this is the right room?"

Justin looked back at the number on the door before nodding. "This is the one Nancy said in the car." The lights flickered, electricity buzzing in the air. It made Justin's ears ring. "Jonathan what the fuck is that-" Justin flinched, stumbling further into the room.

"She's gone home."

"Wh- Mr. Holloway. . ?" Justin blinked, looking over at her boss as he entered the room.
