This chapter is supposed to be comprised entirely in Objection.lol. However, I realized that it would take a long time before I would be able to finish that, so I'm compromising with the statements of each of the characters, as if they were speaking in an Ace Attorney style. When I eventually finish the Objection.lol, the link will go right [here]. If this doesn't make sense, don't worry! The story will continue in the next chapter and this chapter will be summarized. Enjoy Ace Attorney: Toya's Final Battle.

[July 14, 9:47 AM. Courtroom Defense Lobby No. 2]
Tsukasa: (It all comes down to this. All our efforts are combined to today.)
Saki: Are you ok, Tsukasa? You're looking pretty serious.
Tsukasa: Gah! I didn't think you were here so early.
Saki: We were driven here in the same car, we both showed up at the same time! Are you sure you're ok?
Tsukasa: I may have spent all last night worrying.
Saki: What?! You know how important this is!
Toya: *yawn* What happened with Tsukasa?
Saki: You too Toya?!
Toya: Don't worry. I got the best attorney in the country. Someone who can save anyone from a guilty verdict. Someone who every prosecutor quivers and fears facing. Someone that...
Tsukasa: (I forgot how much of a fan he was of him. Where is he, anyways?)
???: Remember Apollo, this is like every case you did before. Just think of it like I'm not there.
Apollo?: Right sir, but why is the rookie here?
???: She needs to get experience somehow. Now, I have a case to win.
Toya: That man is...
Toya with Phoenix Wright on screen: Phoenix Wright!
Phoenix?: What? Are you talking about me?
Toya: Oh, sorry. Do you know where a Phoenix Wright is?
Phoenix: Of course. He's me.
Toya: Whattt?! But why are you wearing a hoodie?
Phoenix: If I walk around in a blue suit I might as well want to be swarmed. Don't worry, the suit's underneath.
Tsukasa: (I don't think that was the worrying part about it.)
Saki: Woah! Who is he again?
Tsukasa: Remember the video game we bought Toya? This guy was the main guy for it.
Saki: I thought he was fake.
Tsukasa: Apparently the blue badger is a stand in for Phoenix Wonderland. Emu said that her grandfather started this business but I didn't know it was a duo business with the police chief.
Saki: Is Phoenix Wright your real name?
Toya: What do you mean, of course it is!
Phoenix: Hah, you'd think that, but I wasn't that foolish. If I put my real name in a video game my life would be way busier than I need it to be. My real name is Ryūichi Naruhodō.
Saki: Ryūichi?
Toya: Naruhodō?
Tsukasa: (First the outfit and now this. Poor Toya, he looks so sad.)
Ryūichi: I should probably mention the fact that everyone else also has more Japanese names.
Bailiff: Defendant, please make your way to the courtroom. The trial is about to start.
Naruhodō: Feels weird this not being a murder case. And how Maya isn't here.
Toya: Where is she?
Naruhodō: Practicing Spirit Mediuming.
Toya: Oh.
Saki: Good luck Mr. Felix Left!
Naruhodō: ...I've heard worse.
Tsukasa: Ok Saki. We'll be in the stands unless otherwise stated. We should move there now.
Saki: Alright, I hope this goes well.
Tsukasa: Me too.
[July 17, 10:00 AM. Courtroom No. 2]
Judge: This is the trial for Toya Aoyagi's custody. Are the defense and Prosecution prepared?
Auchi: The Prosecution is ready Your Honor.
Naruhodō: The Defense is also ready, Your Honor.
Judge: It's strange to see you here and not at the murder case, Mr. Naruhohō.
Naruhodō: I had a friend take over. This is more at home for me.
Judge: The prosecutor may start with their opening statement.
Auchi: Well, Your Honor, this is a dispute over a family and where the child should go. He ran away from home and has lived in the Tenma residence for the past few days. Given how disputes like this go, it would be wise to explain I am on the side for Mr. Aoyagi's keeping the kid.
Judge: And Mr. Naruhodō is against that?
Naruhodō: Correct, Your Honor.
Judge: I see. The prosecution may bring its first witness to the stand.
Tsukasa: Don't you feel like this trial is going by faster than they usually do?
Saki: They probably just fleshed out the story with some extra lines. I am worried about Toya, though. Look at him. He looks so worried over there.
Tsukasa: It's his first time on the defendant's seat, of course he's scared.
Auchi: Our first witness is Detective Mako Suzuki. She has recently been moved to another division due to her luck of losing evidence.
Saki: A but harsh to move someone due to losing evidence, wouldn't you say?
Tsukasa: Well it is evidence, so it's important to the case.
Suzuki: <witness stand>
Auchi: Will the witness state their name and profession?
Suzuki: My name is Mako Suzuki, I am the detective chosen in charge of the legal custody. Me and the other detectives got some witnesses and some evidence.
Judge: Could you testify to the basis of the case?
Suzuki: Of course. Hey wait is that Mr. Naruhohō?
Auchi: Testify.
Tsukasa: Here it is Saki! Are you ready for how court proceedings happen?
Saki: Sure..?
[The Scene]
Suzuki: We checked both the Tenma household as well as the Aoyagi household for evidence. And there were plenty of it.
First off, fingerprints were found on the window sill of Toya's room, and many things were missing.
Along with that, a length of rope was found hidden in some bushes near the first floor.
Finally, all the missing items were in Toya's room in the Tenma household.
Naruhohō: I see. I will cross examine.
