A/N: What did y'all think of the last chapter? I'd love to know. Please don't forget to vote and comment. Thank you.

Destinee's POV:

A week has gone by without so much as a word from Kells. I roll over in bed for the millionth time and pick my phone up off the bedside table. "Nothing." I whisper as I toss my phone onto my bed.

That night keeps playing over and over in my head like a movie but unfortunately my life isn't a movie. I wish I could go back, freeze that moment and make it last a little longer.

Shaking the thoughts from my mind, I sit up, toss the blankets aside and get up out of bed. Frustration is eating at me but for now all I can do is try an focus on anything but Kells. Walking over to my off white curtains that desperately need replacing I yank them open, only to be met with the mid morning sunshine. On any other day a sight like this would've made me smile. However, all it did was spoil my mood even more.

Sighing I turned away from the large bay window and made my way to the bathroom. I was in need of a hot shower. My muscles ached from being so tense and my usually perfect hair looked like a birds nest. I turned on the water, slipped out of my pj's (which consisted of an old t shirt and a pair of comfy shorts.) and stepped into the shower. This time I sighed with relief, instead of frustration. The hot water instantly calmed my sore muscles and it was nice to be able to run my hands through my hair, now that it wasn't a complete mess.

I smiled for a brief moment, tilting my head back so I could let the water run over my hair one last time before washing it.

Once out of the shower I pulled my hair away from my face, found an old pair of comfortable yoga pants, which I slipped into and wasted no time finding the most comfortable over sized t shirt in my closet. I wasn't planning on leaving the house today. If fact I was planning on watching netflix and perhaps ordering piazza later in the day.

As I flopped down on my sofa, a light flashing from my phone caught my eye. I quickly fumbled for the phone that was now on the coffee table.

I had one new text message, it read.
