I struggled to find my seat but after 5 minutes of rushing around, I eventually sat down.
I pulled out a book from my bag.
I sat reading for about 10 minutes before someone came to sit next to me.
"Hi, this is my seat" She spoke quietly.
"Yeah, sorry! I'm Dan"
"Lucy"
"Are you excited?" I asked sarcastically.
"Very" She laughed weakly and pulled out her own book.
We sat in silence for the rest of the journey and read.
Eventually the train came to a stop and we hopped off.
"Hey, who chose you? I know people around here so I might be able to help." She asked kindly.
"Urr, the Lesters, do you know them?"
"The adults, Lisa and Tim, they're really nice and sweet but that son of theirs? I don't personally like him. He's really weird"
"Thats really rude! You know I have to go and find my family, goodbye!" I huffed and rushed off to find the Lesters with a sign with my name on.
