Running past the border at night I frown looking around, feeling Victoria's gift start I flip dodging the vampire that tried to surprise me, seeing her coming back she drops sliding across the ground and screams, leaning down I push her over onto her back tilting my head as I memorize her scent while frowning at the Hispanic woman.
"Alec, could you take away sense from everything but her head?" I ask.
He nods before sending his power rolling out over her I look to Jane raising my brow "Will
you stop now please".
Seeing her frown but stop I sit on the woman's stomach waiting for her to focus.
"Hi, why did you try to attack me?" I ask pouting.
She snarls at me shaking her head back and forth "Now you're just being rude what did I ever do to you?"
"Bella that's Maria the warlord" Jane says glaring at her.
"That's pretty cool so why did you attack me, Maria?" I ask again.
"You are in my territory" she snarls.
"We are just passing threw not trying to fight with anyone minding our own business and you decide to be rude and upset my mate that's not very nice" I huff pouting at her.
"Now you have to make her not mad again because she's no fun when she's in a bad mood" I add seeing her frown I tap my finger on my lip like I'm thinking "Oh that's perfect, Jane can I keep
her please?"
"Keep her?" She asks frowning.
"Yeah, she can be my pet I'll train and feed her I promise please?" I ask begging.
"You're pet" she repeats frowning.
I nod smiling "No".
Huffing I pout looking at Maria seeing she's freaked out by what I asked "But she's like a homeless kitty".
"No Bella, you can't have a warlord or vampire as a pet"
"Maria tell her you'd be a good kitty" I say pouting.
"You're fucking insane" she hisses.
"Obviously, I'm mated to a witch twin" I snark.
I sigh as she starts cursing me in Spanish, digging in my pocket I pull out a sucker forcing it in her mouth "No need for that kind of language Maria I'm trying to think".
Sitting for a moment I sigh getting up and grab her clothes lifting her, and spinning I let her go watching her fly "Bye Maria, we can play later promise" I call out.
Turning I smile before running to reach the Amazon coven's territory.
Crossing into the forest just as the sun starts rising I look around trying to find their scents as we move deeper in, hearing multiple heartbeats I frown picking up a human scent under multiple
animal scents.
Before anyone can grab Gianna she rushes off to the sound since she's shown a great dislike for trophy hunters, running after her I groan seeing her draining the man growling at me while guarding her prey I lift my hands staying back.
"Do you want me to free your friends?" I ask nodding to the animals.
Seeing she's watching me but not going to attack I slowly move to a cage breaking the lock then open the door as Gianna finishes her meal.
I watch as she moves to start getting the animals free checking the camp for more animals but
finding none, I turn to return to our group but freeze as my body tries to figure out an escape coming up empty, seeing a group of werewolves charging us I crouch down to fight but frown when I see something off about the group a slight glimmer around one.
"Stop do not move" I say holding my hands up and seeing the glimmer stay in place, while the
werewolf that had it keeps coming and I smirk.
"Please stop the illusion we do not want to fight" I say calmly.
Seeing a slight flicker I take a deep breath "I will not respond to this, we are just exploring" I say trying again.
I sigh seeing a werewolf swipe at me hitting my head put pass threw me.
Focusing I pull on the shield from Becca wrapping it around myself and Gianna to stop her screaming.
Turning till I see the three women snarling at us they seem extremely tall and stretched but
beautiful in an imperfect way, not like other vampires whose beauty is exaggerated and enhanced "Good morning" I say happily smiling before pulling Gianna up.
Seeing the women freeze looking at her I frown looking at Gianna before she grabs my arm looking at me with a large smile "Mates, I have mates".
Nodding I nudge her "Go greet them don't just stand here".
She nods before charging at them, I tense seeing all three dart forwards surrounding her.
I frown watching them while feeling my group join me they seem more like wild animals,
looking at Becca she shrugs so I focus on the wild women as Gianna leads them closer to us,
they seem to follow her like one organism moving at the same time.
"Is that how Becca and I act? Like one organism" I ask.
"Yes" Leah says smirking at me.
"This is the woman who changed me and some of her coven she's taking us to explore the world" Gianna says happily.
"You brought our mate" I nod not sure how to respond to her. them?
"You will come" they order and turn as one leading Gianna away I frown looking at my group for help.
"You come" the voice orders.
"Okay" I mumble following after them "Do we cause this much confusion?" Becca asks.
"Kind of but we are used to it" Leah says.
