My Stories

Prompt 1 - "Sometimes words speak louder than actions."

The fandom is Harry Potter. In this story, Regulus Black is Stubby Boardman, but he becomes Stubby Boardman because of a plan by Slughorn to unite the houses with a band, and thus, he needs a Slytherin with musical talent. He is at first, reluctant, but the Gryffindor involves is a Prewett cousin-by-marriage and one helps out family, but he is convinced to reach Sirius through song. The prompt also comes into play with the portrait of a certain headmaster whose also a Black speaking them, although Regulus isn't convinced because Sirius' actions way to often seem louder than anything Regulus has to say, but as the story progresses Regulus comes into his own and his words do become louder than Sirius' actions.

Prompt 6 - "Your life as you know it has ended. Somewhere in Limbo you're met with the message: "Something went wrong. Please try again."

This will be a Harry Potter fanfiction with a focus on Regulus having four different lives running in his "please try again" while Sirius also has his own "please try again" parallel moments. It's a story I plan on extending after or writing a sequel to after ONC, but the conclusion is Regulus realizing Sirius in this universe cares in each universe, and Sirius becoming more determined to keep him safe. This will probably also be my problematic ONC project this year because it is conveluted, may start going over the word-count excetera, but I do not not want to write it.

Prompt 9 - "After some long months of working harder than ever, you finally get to your well deserved vacation getaway but when you arrive at the hotel there is this one star that brings all the paparazzi and trouble with them and makes your vacation a one to remember."

This is a Voltron: Legendary Defender fanfic, but I'm also using prompts 31 "'Your mom was an alien.' Exactly what a child needs to hear from their father as a bedtime story." and prompt 34 "You wanted to go to the moon, see the silvery white glow of it for yourself. Instead, the moon came to you. One day, at your door."

I'll be using a prologue in this one that will be from Ryo's point of view, whereas the rest will be form Rachel and other characters point of view, but on vacation on top of the paparazi she's stuck with her brothers friend group and an alien chick, which she didn't think things could become any worse. Oh, and Shiro whose supposed to be dead and Ryo doesn't yet know he's alive while Keith tries avoiding Ryo as well, but she's forced to watch the chaos unfold around her.

Prompt 36 - "'Fairytales are real,' and there couldn't be anything worse."

I am going to do, and I forgot this one in the previous brainstorm and only remembered because I really wanted to write this one, that I wanted to do a Harry Potter/Worst Witch crossover with this one where Hermione takes on the role of Cinderella and her father is Regulus. As for her step-mother and step-sister,s well...

Prompt 55 - "You're a young royal in disguise who befriends a villager with a scarred face. One day they are arrested for stealing something you gave to them."

This one will be an Avatar: The Last Airbender fanfic, but I think others know where I'm going with this.

Prompt 59 - "Reincarnating into your favourite story wasn't what you had in mind when begging for a second chance."

So, this will be a sequel to Free Falling, but the main characters in this story will not be aware of why things have changed already, but it is the male character who wanted a second chance with the OC from the first story, whereas the second character was her bully.

Prompt 87 - "You come from a family of highly respected heroes. All three of your big brothers are known as powerhouses, but you rarely see them since they're always saving the city. One day you realise that the only way to see all of your brothers is to become a villain. Turns out you're better at it than you thought, and family dinners suddenly become the most amusing time of day."

This DC story has Damien being brought home early on AU, but will hopefully end with the brothers coming together for their younger brother.

Prompt 97 - "It is your first day at your first job, and you discover the library you'll be working in is very haunted."

Sequel to my Lockwood story from last year follows the father at his new job and him getting to reconnect with his daughter without her insane mother knowing as the Lockwood crew and others are called in to deal with the mess.

Or, better yet, perhaps it is her lost brother who resulted in the whole paranoia starting up with their mother. I'd almost forgotten that.

Prompt 99 - "The royal family needs a male heir to the throne, and they're willing to accept any boy, even if he's born to their least hinged relative."

In this AU Ozai is out of the picture as his issues were caught sooner, but the unhinged relative reputation is following the boy, nor does it help that - well, Ozai is actually the second least hinged relative while Azula is the least hinged relative and everyone thinks Zuko will be the same.

And there are my eight stories for this year. I was not expecting to actually get to write a lot of the stuff I brainstormed up possibly doing this year, but I'll need to be careful given I am writing some sequels in here.

Edit - 2/1/2024 - I actually realized I'd forgotten a story I'd really wanted to do, so there is actually nine stories this year. W.
