After finally sleeping from the excitement of last night I still feel extremely giddy, but I calm myself down to get up wash my face, eat one of the fruits I have at home, get dressed in my usual clothes, and head to the dungeon.

Once I enter Dernali looks up from the desk "Oh did you enjoy your little day off"

"Of course" I smile remembering the kiss.

"It seems you did" she smiles back figuring something out "So who is she," she says as she continues her work

"What who said there was anyone" I start to panic that the jig was up

After finding my actions amusing "On your way Loverboy"

Agitated by the insult but agreeing with some of her words I put on my breastplate and mace.
"Ok, I'm going" She waves me out as I walk out.

Following the routes that I normally take around town the day begins to prove uneventful till I see Sigla carrying a large empty most likely shopping for Cranth, but rather than let her be I decide to go see her. "Good morning," I tell her as she is busy looking at the stall that is selling different spices.

Startled by my appearance only to recognize it was me "Oh good morning to you Yorn"

"Picking up things for Cranth"

"Well yes and no since I sometimes help with the cooking I like the idea of using spices in the dishes since some of the food can be bland," she says before her attention switches back to the merchant as he places eight bags varying in sizes.

"And that will be 95 silver," the merchant says holding out four bags and with another hand the coins

Sigla rummages through her coin purse pulling out the amount needed, dropping them into the empty hand, takes the four bags, and places them inside the bag before grabbing the rest "And I thought about the kabobs and showed the spices to Cranth and convinced him to experiment with the foods" after situating all the bags in the bag
"Did you want to help me a little" seeing me in the breastplate and the mace straped to my side " Oh I'm sorry didn't think about why you would be here" his face gets red from embarrassment.

"No no, it's ok as I must help the townsfolk" I try finding some form of leeway to help

"Are you sure it wouldn't be a bother" She becomes concerned about this, but gives in "Then let go" She takes the lead taking me to the butchers "I would like the usual order Cranth requests"

"Coming right up," Drenin says as he goes to the back to the meats ready "You know my son left to train to be a cobbler"

"I remember you telling me about that," she says keeping the small talk going.

"Well he will be back in a couple of days and given I never see you with anyone I figured" he tries his best to be subtle

"No, I  kind of just started to see someone" I perk up at her words while Dernin frowns

"I see I guess he's late then" he starts to laugh trying to break the awkward tension. "Oh I just remembered some hunters butchered a deer yesterday and sold me some of the meat if you're interested I'll sell it at a good price" he tries to make more

Sigla thinks about it "No as it's mostly Cranth's silver and while he trusts me with decisions this just feels like a him decision so once I return to the tavern I'll ask him about it"

After listening he nods "Very well then"

Packing the meat just right "Ok let's go knight"

Catching me off guard with the comment I decide to play along "Very well my lady" Carrying the basket over her shoulder she grabs my hand sending a signal to the butcher
