Hi, welcome! My name is Amy and I'm the author of this story. I think it's good to make some things clear about this story. As you may know, this story is written for the Open Novella Contest 2024. It is written in English and that is not my first language and this is the first time I attempt to write a story in English, so it probably lacks some grammar.
I based this story on prompt 60 from ONC 2024: "Look what you made me do" - Taylor Swift. For this story, this means it's heavily inspired by Taylor Swift. I wanted to write something like this for a long time and this ONC gave me the opportunity to do so. This novella is inspired by Taylor Swift's Reputation album. I based each chapter of this story around another song on this album and it is filled with references to mostly song lyrics and some other things from the reputation era. You can completely follow this story without knowing or liking the songs, but if you want, I have a playlist made in order of the story.
