4/16/26: I sincerely apologize for taking this story down for months. I developed very strong, negative feelings towards it, and I no longer wanted it online; however, hiding it doesn't change the fact that I once shared it, and running from my insecurities will not benefit me in the long run.
I was on the fence about putting this back on Wattpad for several reasons, but I knew some people wanted to see it again, so here I am. I get a little discouraged on here sometimes, but I'm trying not to take things so personally lol.
I did not change the last set of chapters like I said I would, because ultimately, all the changes I wanted to make would have impacted the entire story, which would not have been fair to you all. I'm considering doing a full rewrite some day. No major changes have been made aside from some grammar, dialogue, and small scenes - this also means that some inline comments have disappeared if you've commented before (sorry :'). I promise that I didn't delete anyone's comments).
While I still feel apprehensive about putting this story back up, I'm only putting it back for those who enjoyed this story as it is, despite its flaws. Once again, I'm sorry for ripping it away.

This story will be a slowburn, enemies to lovers fanfic between Levi Ackerman and an Eldian warrior F!reader from Marley following the canon timeline.
The reader has a default name of 'Eden Barlowe.' I completely understand if that's not your cup of tea, I'm just not a fan of Y/N. The story will still be told in 2nd person POV (you/your) and physical descriptors will be kept very very vague so you can view the protagonist in any way you'd like.
The reader's age is implied to be a year older than Zeke (After Chapter 1, she is about 26). Levi's age will remain canon (After Chapter 1, he is somewhere between 30-33).
(18+, mdni) Content warnings: explicit sexual content, graphic depictions of violence, alcohol abuse/alcoholism, suicidal thoughts, some toxicity (but it gets dealt with), LOTS of angst, LOTS of guilt, (There will be a ton of angst I cannot stress this enough!!!). I will add some content warnings to the beginning of some chapters, but please keep these warnings in mind as I will not always add it.

Another note: Reader is not meant to be extremely likable at first, so if you're not a fan of flawed characters, this may not be the story for you. My goal was to depict her development by the end of the story, so some of her behavior towards the beginning may not bode well with some people. This was intentional. Just wanted to add this as a small heads up because everyone has their own preferences for fics, and I wanted to make this known for those who don't enjoy characters like this.
