Chapter 35: First date - Tomoka's side

In the morning I arrived to work as usually and greeted the whole team.

„Do you have anything, that needs my attention today? I will need to leave a few hours later."

„No. There are just minor bugs left to solve."

„Fine."

I disappeared into my office and kept thinking about our first date.

(I wonder if that place still exists.)

I remembered one place, where I used to go in my childhood, together with my mother when she still lived with us and decided to check it out.

„Hakuto! When Arisa arrive, lead her to my office, I left a message there for her on the table. I need to go now."

„Umm... sure."

I left the office and headed directly to the place. It looked almost the same as I remembered it. Narrow street with many stalls and shops all around the path.

(Yes! This might be a good one.)

I completed all the necessary arrangements at the place and on my way home made one more stop.

„Hello, Boss!"

„I am not your boss anymore."

„But, Tomoka-chan..."

„Who is Tomoka-chan? It's Akihara-sama you scums!"

„Yes! Boss!"

„Akihara-sama!! I said!"

„Or... no. No one needs to know this name here. Just call me onee-chan."

„Right. Now why I came..."

I stopped at my old home to meet my children and asked them for a favor. When we made an agreement, I finally returned home and prepared myself for the date.

Suddenly I felt, that going as Anne might have higher rate of success, and I also didn't want people to recognize me. So I put on my cosplay dress and set off to meet Arisa at her place.

(ding, dong)

I pressed the doorbell and shortly after a girl in a hooded vest opened the door. She stopped in front of me and kept watching me.

„Tomoka? Why?"

(Oh... is it Arisa under the hood?)

(Why is she dressed this way?)

(She makes me dizzy. I want to embrace her and kiss her here and now... but it is not the right place and time. Let's leave it for later. What if I try something too...)

„I just suddenly became shy and didn't want anyone to find out who I am."

„Can you forgive me?"

(I even added puppy eyes. It seems, that it worked. But it is a double-edged sword. Now I want her even more.)

(I need to calm down or we will miss the date.)

„And you Arisa... why do you look like this? What is with that hood?"

„The same reason."

(I knew it.)

I just laughed a bit at start and then we both burst out laughing.

(Aaah... she is so lovely and I am so happy, that I could meet her.)

„Let's go."

We boarded the car and set off to the destination.

„Where are we going?", she asked after a while.
