Chapter 15: Trip to another world 2

Today I am feeling much better and so I decided to do another expedition throughout my company.

During the lunchtime I first visited the terrace again and ate my bento. Someone placed there a parasol and so I could enjoy it comfortably without having my skin burnt by beams of sun.

The best time for exploration is when everyone is away, so I decided to stay a bit later today.

„Arisa? Are you not leaving today?"

„I need to finish one little thing... I will leave soon."

„Don't be here long... you know the rules."

„Sure."

I don't want to lie... but some tasks require it.

A bit later, I checked that everyone really left. But I wanted to do this in the night and so I had to wait a bit longer. There could be an option to play the game from here... I would be testing it, so there was no problem... except the fact, that I didn't have it installed here.

(sigh)

In the end I decided to really continue my work to kill some time.

(It's time to go!)

I said that, but all cams were still on and so it was impossible for me to search any rooms except the terrace and corridors.

(Maybe I could put a box on my head.)

But cams would still record me with it and without it and it would be useless.

I don't need to steal anything from here anyway, so I will just leave stealth missions for the game. Later I need to ask Riana about it. Maybe she could teach me a few basics.

I reached the door to the terrace and slightly opened it.

Bright light got into the corridor.

(Is anyone still here? I didn't notice any light sources at that place before)

When I opened the door more, all suddenly turned dark.

(Did the light come from the glass room?)

I got into the terrace and looked around. It was just a dark and silent night. While looking through the windows, everything looked normal.

(Maybe I am too tired and had a hallucination.

I should rather go home.)

My home was 1 hour far from here on foot or 30 minutes on a bus. The last bus just left few minutes ago and so I had no other way... except taking a taxi.

I decided to walk, because the weather was nice and night was warm.

But I had a feeling, that someone is following me. When I turned around, no one could be seen.

It might be safer to stay in the company overnight. But it was too late to do that now due to the auto-lock and I had no way how to open it from outside.

I had sudden feeling, that someone is approaching me from behind...

(smash, crack...)

It sounded like a trash can falling over... but not only once. Probably some drunkard coming home late. I didn't need to know and so I just walked away.

Three men appeared from around the corner and look my way.

I stopped not knowing what to do. Shall I continue looking like I am not scared at all or turn around and walk away?

(swish, swish)

While looking at them, sudden weird sounds could be heard from the place behind me. I was too afraid to look.

(Please! Let me get home safely!

Next time I need to leave in the right time and do not play an adventure game in real life.)

The sound suddenly stopped. When I turned to look, nothing could be seen there. What also surprised me is, that all those men disappeared too. I really should learn some basics of fighting.

No other incident happened and I returned home safely.

(Ahh... I am finally here!)

I was too tired to play the game and so I went directly to bed.
