Sabrina said by one last goodbye to Jess before leaving the diner. On her walk home she thinks about what Jess told her on the bridge. Why would Rory lie to Jess, especially about something so unbelievably stupid.
Is this why she's been acting so strange towards me lately Sabrina thought to herself
Is she perhaps jealous
But why would Rory be jealous, she has Dean and it's not like Jess and Sabrina are dating, it has to be another reason
"We need to talk" Sabrina bursts into Rory's room
"Get out I'm studying"
"Rory, what's going on, what happened to us"
"I don't know what you're talking about"
"Cmon, what happened to us being sisters, best friend telling each other everything, whatever's going on, whatever I did, I'm sorry but please talk to me"
"I don't want to, now get out"
"Why'd you tell Jess I dated Chuck Presby"
Rory stared at her, the silence was deafening
"It was joke" she replied quickly looking away from her twin
"He didn't take it that way"
"Well maybe he needs to take a class in sarcasm"
"Are you jealous?"
"Of what, you?"
"Maybe, or Jess"
"The last thing I want is be either of you two"
"Me and Jess, how much time we spend together"
"No, I have Dean, besides you two aren't dating why would I be jealous of a nothing relationship"
"That's what I want to know, you have a boyfriend and I don't, I have a friend, someone who finally understands me and listens to me, I don't know what you have against him but please just try and be happy for me"
"Sabrina, he's a bad influence"
"Is that why you're so upset? You think he'll corrupt me. Do you even know me? As if I'd let some boy influence me in any way, I'm the one doing the influencing here" Sabrina slightly laughed trying to lighten the mood
"Can we go back to being sisters now" Sabrina looked at her sister in desperation, she missed her.
"Fine" Rory slightly smiled
"Good, I'm exhausted" Sabrina overly dramatically yawned like a cartoon character and flopped right on Rory's bed falling asleep to the sounds of her sisters frantic studying
Rory stared at her sister and back at the pencil in her hand. Looking back and forth between her sister and her pencil, which she ended up throwing it at the wall in anger.
