Sabrina, Jess and Rory all sat in the Gilmore garage watching Lane's band practice.
"Whoa, cool" Zack said as the music ended
"We all finished at the same time." Dave said proudly
"That has never happened." Lane was shocked
"The middle of that song didn't even sound like us." Brian said amazed
"Yeah, it sounded good." Dave nodded
"It sounded great, guys. All of it. Didn't it?" Sabrina clapped while asking Jess
"Not too shabby." Jess nodded impressed
"We are so ready for this gig." Dave said
"We've got a gig. I just love the sound of that." Lame squealed
"Where is it?" Jess asked
"Kyle from school. His parents are going to Marriage Encounter for the weekend so he's throwing this mondo party." Lane explained
"You got enough songs?" Rory asked
"We have enough for two half-hour sets. What we need is a name." Zack said
"I made my suggestion." Brian rolled his eyes
"Yeah, and we vetoed "The Harry Potters." Next." Zack rolled his eyes back
"So yours is better?"
Brian and Zack got into a mini argument about band names. Sabrina and Rory giggled at the two.
"Hey Lane, how are you gonna play a party like this with your mom being so strict?" Brian asked
"Easy. Rory, Sabrina and Jess are gonna deliver my drums to Kyle's house for me, then my friend Young Chui is going to pick me up to take me to a fictional Seventh Day Adventist bowling party that will conveniently last the length of our gig."
"Nice going." Zack said
"I've got my own ball and shoes." Brian commented
"Dude, don't tell people that." Zack annoyedly said
Jess and Sabrina then got up to leave.
"I like that you're getting to know Dave a little." Sabrina said once they were out of the garage and walking down the sidewalk
