Recap Mellie just got off the phone with the Reality lady.

Fast Forward to the house

Jake is 17 year's old

Jake POV a.k.a. Reality Ladys son

I'm just sitting on the porch of the Ranch House waiting for the owner. That everyone is going crazy about apparently a Famous Bull Rider is moving in. Five minutes pass and I hear a diesel truck come flying down the dirt road. As the truck pulls in I stand up ready to see who this guy is cause he goes by his nickname JR not his real name. But boy am I wrong the door opens and out steps a beautiful lady, this can't be the famous bull rider there's no way in hell that she Bull rides. So I walk up to her and ask her if she's lost. She said not that I know I just moved here and bought a place and this is the address that the lady told me to meet her son so I can get the keys to my new place. Wow Damn she's pretty. Do you need help unloading I ask her? she shakes her head no and say I've got it plus it will give me some exercise. I take a good look at her and see she is very fit. I don't mind helping a pretty lady like your self. I say. I can tell she is getting a little annoyed. No I Don't need help I've been on my own since I was 15 and certainly don't need help from a guy. she says. Did you just say 15? I question her. She looks like she is about to cry so I pull her into my chest and wrap my arms around her, and I let her cry. She cry's and then pulls away looking confused. Then she say's I'm sorry I just haven't ever broke down like that I don't know what happened. It's ok, I say she shakes her head no and say's I haven't cried in front of someone since my parents funeral. I then walk to her truck and start unloading her horse's and take them to the barn. Ten Minutes later I walk back up to the house and ask her if there's any thing else to carry in. She say's no but Thank You for your help, and then say's do you know any place that has good food? yes hop in, I say. Hold on let me lock my front door and grab my phone. As I'm waiting for her I can already tell that she need's someone in her life to take care of her for once. I lift up my head to see her start to get in.

Skip to Sonic since we are a small town.

We pull into sonic. What do you want I'm paying you can have any thing, I say. She say's no I'm paying and I just nod my head knowing there's no way in hell I'm gonna let her pay. I wan't a #1 With mayonnaise, lettuces, tomato on my Burger and I want a Large chili cheese tot, with Coke to drink. I say thank you I'm paying and I push the button to order our food. 10 Minutes later we get our order and drive to her place. When we pull in I hop out and get her door for her an d she says thank you. WE go to the dinning room and eat our food and let me tell you she can eat more than her size I'm glad to see and actual girl who will eat instead of starve in front of a guy. After we eat I ask her if she has any movies she Nods her head and points to the huge suit case I open the suit case and it's full of movies so I pick 8 second pop it in, and tell her to come watch. She come's and sits on the other end of the couch so I get up and sit right next to her and start the Movie. Then I fall asleep.

Mellie's POV

right when she gets out of her truck at her new house

I step out of the truck and see a boy around my age maybe a little older. Damn he is hot. He walks up to me and ask me if I'm lost? Not that I know I just moved here and bought a place and this is the address that the lady told me to meet her son so I can get the keys to my new place. I say He keeps checking me out like really. Do you need help unloading? he ask me. I shake my head no I've got it plus it will give me some exercise. I say. He take a good look at me and say's I don't mind helping a pretty lady like your self. I say he then walks up to my truck and get's the horse's and takes them to the barn so I get Boone out and the rest of my stuff and put it in the house and since i Bought it furnished One less thing to buy. I walk back out and he walks up to me and ask me if there is anything else to care in I say no But thank you for your help.

Skip to Movie

I walk in and sit on the opposite side of the couch and he get's up and sits right next to me. and I fall asleep.
