All of our eyes are on the glowing screen. All are astonished, dumbfounded. 

A notification we haven't seen before.

A notification that we're sure wasn't supposed to show.

A notification that gave us all a bad feeling.

"G-Ghost . . . " Daphne's voice shattered the glass-stiffing silence. "Writing?"

Sinundan ng malakas na kalabog sa pintuan ang boses niya. We were all startled, all of our eyes went from the spine chilling notification to the door.

Sunod-sunod ang mga pag-apak sa loob, sumunod ang mga mata namin sa kanila. Wearing a familiar uniform. A black suit with red and golden embroideries, some has medals and crests. Knights. 

Leading them is a familiar man. A man I had countless interactions with. A man that I respect. A man looking at me, full of anger.

From looking at me, his eyes went towards one of the people I'm with. With his lead, everyone saluted. 

"We're here, your highness."

I could see the fear on the guard's face. Sir Bastian stepped up.

Everyone has a look of disbelief.

What? Why? Has the chapter started? No, we would know. Why are they moving and acting on their own?

Cedric's expression darkened. I know what everyone is thinking right now. We are all confused . . . 

"Who ordered you to do that?"

Face down, Sir Bastian answered. "Your majesty the queen, your highness."

I felt a sharp object hit my chest, and for a second, everything went black and white. Eyes still widened, mouth slightly open. The queen? The queen made her move? The queen: the main antagonist?

Napatingin ako kay Daphne na nasa akin din ang tingin. Kita sa mga mata namin ang pagkagulat, nakahalo pa rin ang pagtataka. What's happening?! The queen is the main antagonist of the novel, she shouldn't have move at this moment! She knows that! Everyone knows that!

"You don't have to worry, your highness." I felt my heart ache when Sir Bastian gave me a look of disgust, for a moment, I saw a time when he looked at me with a proud look. 'You're really a great person, Lady Seravina. I pity those readers who haven't seen that side of yours' is what he used to say. "We will take care of this lady here."
