"Oh. My. Gosh." Bianca spoke, her brown eyes wide open as they looked around at the wreckage.

"Oh dear! Oh dear! Oh dear! This is absolutely dreadful!" Tina spoke as she stepped over a plank in her Louboutin booties.

Amelia let out an annoyed sigh at her mother's drama.

"Everything is ruined!" She yelled in a loud voice as she outstretched her hands theatrically.

Most of the workers seemed to stop to stare at her.

And the award for most over the top performance goes to... Amelia thought to herself.

"I can't believe this happened. It's so devastating." Tina rested the back of her hand on her forehead as if the sight alone would make her faint.

Ashton rushed forward. "Let me help you, Mrs Hargreaves." He spoke as he ushered Amelia's mother into the Hargreaves hotel lobby.

"Oh thank you, Ashton." Tina spoke as she patted his cheek.

"Think she'll take out a hankie and sob?" Bianca whispered to her older sister.

Amelia shook her head. "Her mascara's too expensive."

Amelia held out her hand for BB. She took it and they followed their mother into the hotel.

Even though her reaction wasn't as over the top as her mother's, Amelia couldn't help but be sad at what the storm had done to such a beautiful place.

Her father had brought her out here himself to help plant a tree at the entrance. It was tradition for each member of the Hargreaves family to leave something apparently.

And Amelia knew that her father had been planning on bringing Bianca out here to plant her own tree.

The thought hurt Amelia. That BB wouldn't get to do it with their dad.

When they entered the lobby of the Hargreaves hotel, Tina was lounging out on the sofa fanning herself.

Nancy, the manager had come up to them.

"Thank you guys for coming out." She told Amelia.

Amelia didn't know why she was thanking them. It was a no brainer that they would come and help take care of the mess hurricane Agatha had caused.

It was their father's business.

"I can see that your mother is clearly distressed." Nancy spoke as she eyed their mother clearly seeing through the facade.

"Here's some water, Mrs Hargreaves." Ashton spoke in a low voice as he gave Tina a cup.

"And I appreciate you coming to help." Nancy added.

"Of course. With Grandma stuck on the mainland, you're gonna need all hands on deck." Amelia responded.

Ashton appeared at her side with a grin on his face. "And we're at your disposal."

Nancy smiled.

"I'm gonna go outside to help Topper and the others." He spoke, placing a kiss on Amelia's cheek before he disappeared.

"Could he get any more perfect?" Nancy teased Amelia.

Amelia rolled her eyes but smiled anyway.

"Where do you need me, boss?" She asked.

Nancy had worked for the Hargreaves family for almost ten years now.

Amelia knew that she was way older than her but she still considered her a friend.

When they had moved in with their father, they hadn't exactly been welcomed in the best way.

Amelia's father's parents had still been salty about him marrying her mum. Before he passed away, Amelia had actually gotten along with Grandpa Hargreaves's but their Grandmother... Shanon had been a bit more difficult.
