Appointment Reminders and Movies

Laura's POV
I was glad that Luna agreed to give therapy a try. Luna was at school and I was working the morning shift today. I needed to talk to her about next week she had a follow-up appointment with Michael, an appointment for her physical, and her therapy appointment all in the same day. I knew it was going to be stressful for her especially since she had a fear of hospitals and doctors. Luke wanted all of us to hangout together so that they could all get to know Luna better and so that she could feel more comfortable around them. We decided on having a movie night at my place.

Luna attended the local university and was ahead for her age since she took a lot of college courses in high school. She liked to take morning classes so she was usually done by 3:00pm. The university wasn't very far so anytime I worked the morning shift Luna would walk to the restaurant afterwards. Today was no different, she arrived at the restaurant shortly after and we headed home. Once we arrived home I asked her what she wanted to eat for dinner she said she wanted spaghetti so that's what we made.

After dinner Luna helped me clean up and we decided to watch a movie. While we were debating on which movie we should watch I decided to just talk to her about her upcoming appointments and about hanging out with everyone . "I wanted to talk to you about next week" I said. She looked at me with a confused expression and said "oh the appointment with Michael I haven't forgotten". I nodded and said "yea, but you also have an appointment for a physical, and your therapy appointment".

She looked at me and said "is it all in the same day?" I nodded and said "yup, same day baby". She looked at me and said "okay, do I really have to get a physical?". I gave her a sympathetic smile and said "yes, you haven't had one in a while and it's important". She looked at me nodded, and said "okay". I was kind of surprised she didn't make a fuss over it. "Also I have planned a movie night with everyone because they want to get to know you" I said. Luna gave me another confused look and said "what do you mean by everyone" I chuckled and said "well everyone, Calum, Luke, Ashton, and Micheal" she rolled her eyes and mumbled "just great.

Luna's POV
I knew deep down Laura only wanted what was best for me but I really didn't want to get a physical. I was barely coping with the fact that I had to have a follow-up with Michael. Don't get me wrong they were all really nice people but I just couldn't help feeing scared, anxious, and nervous. I was scared of doctors and that fear wasn't something that would go away just because they were nice. I was also caught off guard when Laura said that we would all be hanging out. After asking Laura about how the idea came about she revealed that it was Luke's idea. Apparently he said that they all wanted to get to know me and that he thought it would make me feel more comfortable around them.
