Aru POV

Aiden dropped me off, and I smile like a Cheshire Cat after that wonderful day at the beach.

I wave to Aiden and enter the museum through the main entrance. 

My mom, looking at my smile, laughs.

Quizzically, I turn to her. "What happened?"

"Did you see your smile, Aru? You look like you won the lottery and never have to work again." My mom answers. It was nice to see her smile again.

"I WENT TO THE BEACHHHHHHHH. With Aiden. Brynne joined." I said, screaming the first part and whispering under my breath for the second one. But you know that magical power that moms have, when you scream, they can't hear you but when you barely utter a few words and they hear it oh-so clearly? She used it.

"Ahhhh, Aiden. He is a wonderful boy. His mother is quite the company as well. She is very pleasant considering the circumstances."

I froze for a moment. Does she know what Aiden is going through with his dad? I just nod quickly instead of replying and head to my room. I sit on my..............neatly done bed? But I didn't do my bed. Mini was scolding me for it. Then I look at my room. It's all cleaned. And on the pillow was a note?

It's been so long. Read carefully, Aru, this could endanger your life but you and your mother must know. I never forgot Krithika. Tell her I love her, please. I had to do everything I did for Kara's survival. And I never killed anyone, I promise. Your mom thought that, I know but I never did. My boss, the sleeper is dying and wants me to take over.
