SMG4: The Mario Arc.

As Mario and Tari were enjoying the pizza that Mario made, knocks at the door were heard and Mario went to get it.

Mario: I'm a coming, I'm a coming.

Mario opens the door and -much to his surprise- sees Bopkins, Bob, SMG1, SMG2, Swag and Chris.

Mario: oh, uh, hi everyone, why are you all here? I only invited Tari for today.

Swag: because my red plumber friend, we sensed through the magic of the universe that you were in need of help, and who are we, your friends, to deny you that help-

Chris: Tari invited us to come by.

Swag: why did you have to shoot me down like that Chris? I tried to make it sound cool.

Chris: oh quit your whining you baby.

Bob: wait, we are here for Mario? I was promised free pizza-
*gets kicked by SMG1*
Ow my ovaries!

SMG1: We were told what happened at the showgrounds by Tari, so when she told us to come by to possibly help you with whatever your going through, we couldn't pass up the chance.

Mario: thank you, all of you, even you Bob.

Entering the house, Mario gives out more slices of pizza and drinks to go with them. The gang talk for what feels like forever, Mario's phone vibrates and he pulls it out if his overalls.

Mario: ha ha ha! Good a joke Bob. Alright let's a see what this is.

Swag: whatch looking at Mario?

Mario: it's a message from Luigi's doctor! Let's a see what he has to say.

Mario clears his throat as everyone clams down and listens intently. And Mario begins to read the message that Luigi's doctor gave him.

Mario: hello Mario, I regret to inform you that your brother's condition has gotten significantly worse within the past hour....and shows no signs of getting better soon. . . He most likely won't make it...

Through....

The....

Night...

Silence falls as Mario turns off his phone, it falls from his hand as the last few words ring in his mind over, and over again. Tari, with a sad expression, places a hand on Mario's shoulder.

Tari: d..don't worry about it. It's not all hopeless, there's still a chance. Right guys?

Swag: Tari, me and Chris have heard that sentence many times before, there's never a real chance of recovering after those words are said, and by the doctor no less.

After Swag stops talking, Mario looks down at the ground as tears form and fall from his eyes.

Mario: no...no no no. This can't be real, he was getting better just a couple off days ago.

Chris: Mario...

Mario stood up with a start and runs out of his house and to the hospital. Tari calls after him, but to no avail, and she was about to run after him, but Chris stops her.

Chris: Tari, Swag, you two stay here and make sure that Bob doesn't redecorate Mario's house with bullet holes, I'll get Mario.

He says with a commanding and grim tone of voice. Chris walks off, then breaks into a sprint after Mario. Mario bursts through the hospital doors and goes to the front desk.

Mario: I'm Mario, here to see Luigi.

Desk person: three floors up, two rooms after the first right turn.
