Love hung in the air, its fragrance heavy and intoxicating.
We lay together, vulnerable and bare.
Draco reclined on his back, arms resting behind his head, while I lay on my stomach, propped on my elbows.
The sheets were dishevelled, and contented smiles graced both our faces.
Draco flashed me a playful glance as he grabbed Fluffers, who sat beside us on the bed.
"I bet he ain't ever seen something like that before." He quipped.
I laughed, my eyes sparkling with post-love euphoria.
"My poor Fluffers," I commented, reaching for the floppy-eared bunny. "He shouldn't be seeing me like this," I added, putting Fluffers away, somewhere beside his knees.
"Like what?" He chuckled.
I straddled him, gesturing to my lack of clothes, saying. "Like this."
He gave me a thorough once-over, his piercing grey eyes shamelessly fixating on my most vulnerable areas that peeked through my black waves.
Yet, I held my composure—I have been able to stare down the man who murdered my parents; I think I could face my lover looking at me.
"Like all mine? Is that it?" He smirked.
I cocked my head, smiling. "All yours, eh?"
"All mine." He said, his voice trailing off.
"What is it with you claiming me as yours as if everybody wants me, possessive bastard?" I wondered out loud, chuckling light-heartedly.
"You're not some object to be owned, but rather mine to love...mine to protect...mine to make happy... The mere thought of someone else providing you with all those matters doesn't sit right with me, so, all mine it is."
As he straightened himself, Draco propped himself up on his hands, his face inches away from mine.
His intense gaze bore into my eyes, and his voice was filled with a gentle demand.
"Say it."
His fingers traced a delicate path along the curve of my waist, his touch sending a rush of warmth through me.
I felt a flutter in my chest, a mix of anticipation and vulnerability.
With a playful glint in my eye, I leaned in closer to him, our lips almost touching, and whispered, "I'm all yours, Draco Malfoy."
A small smile tugged at the corners of his lips, his eyes softening with affection.
His hand moved upward, cupping my face gently, his thumb brushing my lower lip.
He leaned in, claiming my lips in a tender kiss.
Our lips lingered in a sweet embrace, the kiss deepening with each passing moment.
My eyes searched for his as he pulled back slightly.
"Put your hair up for me, will you?" He asked, his voice gentle. "I can barely see you."
I reached up and gathered my black mane in my hands. With a swift motion, I pulled my hair up into a high ponytail, securing it with a hair tie.
Draco's eyes followed the movement, a mixture of admiration and desire flickering in his gaze.
"Such a pretty girl." He murmured when I was done.
I smiled, his words causing my eyes to sparkle.
Then, there was a silence, a long one.
