After they settled in they ate lunch and cleaned up.
Choi asked his mum for a house tour which confused her a lot since he grew up here.

But it wasn't for him, it was for Namjoon and Yoongi. They wanted her consent to go through the house together and see if there are thinks that could be improved or repaired.

"Since you are our grandma and we plan to come and visit you often we want to help in every way to not be a burden and show our gratitude to you." Yoongi told her formally and bowed slightly.

She smiled so warmly at him and then hugged them all.
They started their tour downstairs. There was of course the big room they sat in right now, basically a big living room with a kitchen at the back wall.

Namjoon got his phone out, noted and to pictures of some spots he already saw by himself that needed repair.

Yoongi asked about the fridge and Choi told him that it was practically an antique, it was that old.

Yoongi asks if she would want a new one which led to a rare occasion in which Chois mum didn't know what to say.

That woman who had answers to questions no one even asked out loud was at a loss for words.

Yoongi wanted to treat her with care and so said "Lets visit a store next time so she can see them and test all the features. Maybe that helps to decide."

They moved like that through the house. Next was Grandmas bedroom downstairs and the bathroom next to it. Then the two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. They went through it noting repairs, asking for replacements and improvements.

They wanted to do most of the repairs themselves since it gave them something to do while they were here and also Yoongi a kind of enjoyed handiwork.

He used to volunteer to help the caretaker when he was younger but with the firm and his takeover he never got to do anything like that again.

When it was all discussed and noted inside the went outside to see what could be done here. Jin and Jimin followed along but didn't interfere. Their focus was more on the beautiful and diverse garden.

Jin was in love with it.

While the other man still discussed the outside of the house Chois mom joined Jin and Jimin. She took Jins hand and walked with him slowly through her garden, pointing out and explaining every plant and flower.

They spent the afternoon like that till the others came back from the hardware store. They left after they were done assessing the house and left to get some basics so they could start with small projects.

Jin went to Namjoon leaving Jimin and Chois mum behind on the swing.

"Let me see." Chois mum said with a low and loving voice while putting one hand on Jimins.

She humms and nods.
Jimin is still fascinating by her doing and weird skills.
She smiles at him "You're better, yes, happier, more secure but your wall is still up." She puts his hand down "Do you know why?" She asks him while starting the swing with her feet.

Jimin is slightly confused by her words. What wall?

"You buried parts of yourself and a lot of feelings behind a big wall so no one could reach them. It was for your protection but it also causes a lot of pain now." She tried to explain looking at him with empathy and love.

"It might hurt others too." She said, continuing to swing them slowly.

Jimin didn't know what to say to that.
How could that hurt him or others? What could he do about it? He had no idea what she even talks about. A wall inside him?
That makes no sense to him.

"I'm in therapy now." He told her quickly "Maybe that helps with that wall?"

She humms again. "I hope it will. I really do." She stands up.

"Come, lets start dinner before everyone gets grumpy."

They prepare dinner together and ate. After cleaning up they all play cards while drinking beer until its time for bed where they split up into their rooms.

Namjin and Yoonmin upstairs in the two bedrooms and Choi on the pullout couch downstairs. He doesn't mind, he likes to watch tv before he sleeps so it suits him fine.

Next morning they all met again for breakfast and then started small repairs. While the others were busy with their little projects Chois mum pulled Yoongi outside.

She placed him at the swing just as she did with Jimin and started swinging it with her foot. They sat like that in silence for a while. Yoongi was just waiting.
He still thought she was weird but he also knew she was kind hearted and only wanted the best.

"You would sit like that with me forever without saying a single word, wouldn't you?" She laughs at him after a while.

Yoongi just shrugged his shoulders but smiled at her

"Tell me everything." It was almost an order. "You're grounded in yourself. You are open and honest with yourself. Much more then last time. But there is also pain and worry. So. Tell me everything."

Yoongi though about it for a while then started to just tell her some key points of the latest development like the driving school, the therapy, Jin and the dancing.

He is just not the type to talk about his private life in detail to anyone.

She laughs at him again. "You are one tough cookie." She waved her finger at him.

Then her face became very serious.
She looked at Yoongi so intense, he felt uncomfortable. "Does he love you?"

Yoongi lets out a long breath.
"I think so." He says lowly.

"Did he tell you?" She continued
"No." He almost wispers.
"Why not?" She asks.

He should answer with 'I dont know' but he knew it would be pointless with her.
"He can't. He panics." Its hard to talk about it. It hurts him more then he wants to admit.

He longs for Jimins love but loving Yoongi hurts Jimin which hurts Yoongi.

"Have you told him?" She asks now.
Yoongi looks up. "Yes. But only once. I don't know if he remembers. He was so in distress at that time."

She nods. "You need to tell him again and again." "But ... " Yoongi started. She just cut him of "I know he is scared and spooked but if you show him consistently that you really love him he wont be able to resist long. No one could." She pat his back

"I'm sure you will find ways to achieve that without scaring him away. Just be consistent, thats key, never let him doubt." She raised her finger at him.

They get up from the swing and she hugs him tight. "Don't give up, Dear, it will be fine."
