A boy wanders through the towering trees
Amidst the colossal forests, he roams free
His feet tread softly on the lush green ground
As he explores the mysteries that abound

The sun filters through the thick canopy
Illuminating his path, so wild and so free
He hears the chirping of birds up high
And the rustling leaves as the wind passes by

The boy is in awe of the majestic sight
Of these trees that seem to touch the sky
Their trunks so sturdy, their branches so wide
As if protecting secrets that they hide

He walks deeper into this enchanted place
With a sense of wonder on his face
The forest is alive, he can feel it breathe
As he admires the beauty, he can barely believe

He comes across a babbling brook
And takes a moment to stop and look
At the crystal clear water, so pure and serene
Reflecting the trees, like a perfect dream

As the day goes by, the boy wanders on
Through the forest, until the last light is gone
He finds a spot to rest, under the starry sky
And he can't help but let out a contented sigh

For in this colossal forest, he has found
A sense of peace, a sense of profound
As he drifts off to sleep, amidst nature's embrace
He knows he'll come back to this wondrous place.
