Willa's POV

It's been a week since Dante asked me to be his date to his somewhat high-profile dinner. Throughout the week, I've been so thrilled about it. Now, it's actually clicking that I was going to be in the same room with other high-profile people. That shut down every excitement I had this whole week. Now, I was just a nervous wreck with two girls who were trying to calm me down. 

''Relax, it's going to be fine''. Luciana had been saying that for the past minute like it was so easy to do. 

Apparently, she was also attending the dinner since her dad and Dante's were close. I felt guilty to leave Reina behind, but she said she was fine and would wait for me to return so I could give her the full gossip of what went down. Typical.

''Okay, give me a spin''. Reina said, clapping her hands at her work. I giggled, turning around for them. I couldn't deny it, this dress was gorgeous on me. 

I was tad in an all-black sleeveless dress. It had two straps that held my cups. It was so tight to the point my small breasts looked big tonight. The dress held my body till after my hips, the rest of the dress flayed down. 

I didnt know what to contrast it with so we all agreed to match it with a white bag and white heels. I wore a simple chain necklace to reduce the emptiness of my chest. Although Reina didn't like that too much. 

According to her, my breast was enough accessory. How this girl thinks. 

''Dante will certainly take you right there and there when he sees you''. My cheeks flared instantly. 

''Shut up, Reina. He's not a werewolf. You're making him look like he has some sort of breeding kink''. I responded, trying to cover up how her words actually got to me. 

''He doesn't but he may end up developing one when he sees how sexy you look right now''. Luciana said cheekily. These girls were impossible. 

''Okay, let's head downstairs before he comes''. Reina said. We all agreed in unison, making our way downstairs. 

''I should get going now if I want to make it there on time''. Luciana said. Reina pouted her lips in disappointment. ''Alright, I'll see you there, then''. I responded, giving her a hug. 

After she left, the room was left with Reina and me. She had been walking around the room, waiting for Dante's arrival like she was the one attending. 

''I'm the one going and yet you're more nervous than me''. I joked, laying on the couch. I was on the verge of falling asleep and if that hot mess didn't show up any minute from now, I was going to pass out. 

''I know but I'm just eager for him to see my handwork''. She said proudly and I playfully rolled my eyes. 

''Wake me up when he gets here, I'm tired''. I said, adjusting myself properly to take a nap. ''Are you being serious right now?''. I didn't answer her, instead I let sleep take me.

I shook a little when I felt something touch me. I adjusted myself in my sleep. Once again, I felt a light tickle on my cheek, I groaned and slapped it away. 

It wasn't long before I felt something on my neck. I stirred from my sleep angrily. ''Reina stop this nonsense''. I mumbled tiredly but it didn't stop. I felt a hand hold my waist softly and I frowned.

I was going to curse at her till I felt something tug my neck lightly, making me moan softly. ''mia regina''. 

I bit my lip softly, knowing who that voice belonged to. I could imagine how red my face probably looked right now. ''Dante?''. I mumbled, sleepily. 

''My love''. I felt a hand softly grab my cheek and I leaned into it, opening my eyes to meet his deep green eyes. My heart sped up instantly, making me nervous. 

A soft smile made its way to his face as he stroked my cheek with love and tenderness. ''Hey''. I cracked a smile at him. ''hi''. I replied, feeling shy under his intense gaze. 

''I'm sorry I made you wait; something held me back at home''. He apologized with a look of sincerity, feeling guilty for letting me wait for so long till I fell asleep. 

''It's okay, at least I got to charge up some energy for tonight''. I joked, making him smile along with me. This felt like some sleeping beauty sappy shit. Him waking me up with a kiss to meet his loving gaze. Call me delusional but that's exactly how it felt like. 

''Okay love birds, wrap it up or you're going to be late''. I rose my head up to see Reina staring at us with a smirk and her arms folded. 

Has she been here the whole time?

Dante took my hands, steadying myself on the couch so I could boot myself up. Yes, I take at least a minute or two to get myself when I wake up. 

''You ready?''. I nodded at him, standing up and adjusting the tight cups on my chest. I felt something tugging my dress, so I looked down only for my heart to thump. 

It was Dante, adjusting my dress for me. Call me weird but this was oddly sexy to me. He looked at me from down and sent me his knowing wink, making me giggle. ''Were going to be late, Dante''. 

''Okay, okay''. He replied, standing up as well. 

''Make sure you return her back to this house, Dante. If anything happens to her then I'm going to inure you''. Reina warned, pointing her finger in his face and I gasped at her forwardness. This girl was going to put both of us behind bars one day.

Dante raised up his hands in surrender. "Sì, signora." He said with a boyish smile. 

I bit my lip at how incredibly sexy this man sounded. Reina was talking about how he would jump on me once he sees me, but it seems that I'm the one who was going to do that.
