On their second day in Hong Kong, Sunday, February 4th, 2024, the group decided to start the morning with a traditional Chinese breakfast. Joseph and Lope joined them in a lavish restaurant where they indulged in dumplings and other delicacies.

"Would you like an iced coffee?" he was asked. He nodded in agreement.

The bill included:
1. Iced Coffee: $9.90
2. Hot Chamomile Tea: $7.99
3. Dumplings: $11.95
4. Chicken Feet: $8.99
5. Bao: $6.25
For a total of $45.17.

Tiffany remarked on the expense, "It seems quite pricey."

Later, Shadow and Rio, accompanied by their friends, visited the Green Choir Plaza to purchase a magical tablet that functioned as a stove, alongside a conventional stove. Tiffany and Olivia ventured to the supermarket on the ground floor to buy frozen chicken wings and rolls — one set real, for cooking, and one set a toy, for experimentation.

That night, Shadow, alone in his room, decided to test the tablet with the toy chicken wings and rolls. Unexpectedly, the tablet turned off automatically. It had become too hot to touch, and in his attempt to turn it off manually, Shadow burned his hand. Despite the mishap, the toy food appeared tantalizingly real after just two minutes. In the end, he had to treat his burn.

The incident proved that both real and simulated items have their place and function.
