▾ Iris POV ▿
I sat in my house rubbing my tired eyes and wondering what to do with my life. I defeated Voldemort four years ago and for the last three I have been helping the Aurors catch the last of the Death Eaters and they still want more from me.
They wanted me to be their leader, savior, Hero and now they want me to be a simple house wife and only take care of the children.
It's not for me but they don't care and they try to find me a husband but I'm not so easy to be given and that's what drives most of them away from me.
This has caused a serious argument between me, Hermione, Ron and Mrs. Weasley who is insistent that I call her Mom.
I had one Mom and that was Lily Potter, who gave her life so that I could live mine I lost many friends and thought I could trust Ron and Hermione but it turned out that I was the key to fame for them.
I was glad that only a handful of people knew where my home lay because it gave me time to grieve and peace of mind to decide what to do next. I looked again at the documents I had received from Fang and sighed:
